QUOTE(outsider @ Feb 24 2008, 09:33 AM) A piar for rm430?Is it adult gliders or joeys? Smells fishy. The condition of the gliders? It's a good price for joeys, but moderate for adults. N if it's from the wild, the price is ridiculous. |

Recently Teddy lay low on eating his fruits. He would eat very little everyday compared to before. This happens since I feed him Hun's mix (about 1 1/2 spoon a day) which he finish till the last drop. Is this normal?
Anyway, some new pictures of Teddy. (please ignore the power rangers pillowcase ![]() ![]() ![]() |

QUOTE(rafiqos @ Feb 22 2008, 09:21 PM) 10% and it's looking quite impressive already! That's going to be one behemoth cage. Angle plates is a good way to move forward, for sure. I do hope that there's a helper but no one is available.. Can't wait to see the complete project! Are you welding the parts together yourself? This is a very fun learning project despite some imperfection where the surface is not completely parellel at one part.. (trying to hide my dissapointment) .. Generally, i enjoy quite a fair bit in it..despite the little blisters i got from it, i wore the wrong gloves.. QUOTE(malowie @ Feb 23 2008, 12:24 PM) it all depends.. do you like to take out ur suggie and play with it non-stop? From 8 to 10pm will be like round the clock, wow, your suggies definitely have a good rest..mine sleeps at 8 in the morning and would not wake up till 10 - 12 at night. is your suggie sick? does he appear to be lethargic? if he is shaken up by fast movement, hes just nervous. try bonding with it first before you bring it out to show ppl etc. Mine is quite similar, except that they usually will be awake in the late evening, and get to play with me around 9pm. And lately the wodent wheel get them occupied and it allows some ease to me.. Yeah, the wodent wheel is |

QUOTE(a4-paper @ Feb 24 2008, 08:44 PM) wahhh..so cute all of ur pets...im thinking of gettin dis pets after when im working.... You have a good planning indeed..I recall my student days were quite restricted as well, and now i enjoy a "total liberation".. Even though right now having a vocation is splendid! But it still contains some elements of "student life" in it as learning is never-ending! Added on February 24, 2008, 9:00 pm QUOTE(spel'it @ Feb 23 2008, 02:14 PM) lucky u! That's a very funny possessive behaviour your cheekoo exhibits! Pretend aje cheekoo..my cheekoo wud crab at me once in a while if i invade his pouch. esp if he's playing with his tissue busuk. he'll guard it like with his life la konon n crab like mad. tp bile i hold him, ok pun. saje je die. Added on February 24, 2008, 9:03 pm QUOTE(jitshiong @ Feb 23 2008, 02:18 PM) I do believe u, every gliders have their own character. I fully in agreement with you. I think this is both sensible and possible . Some just click to the owner immediately, while some just never. Gliders that are used to human interactions r less likely to crab when handled. Added on February 24, 2008, 9:09 pm QUOTE(malowie @ Feb 23 2008, 02:26 PM) yup.. my terrible two never really crabbed at me too. sub adults. the only animal they crab at is my doggie, bessie... haha. Yours crab at the doggie, why? Doggie is soo cute..But mine crab at guys or males.. like my dad or my brother.. But they are nice to my mother or me..isn't that absurd? Added on February 24, 2008, 9:13 pm QUOTE(ayiesz @ Feb 23 2008, 06:07 PM) omg rupanya my housemate poke my gliders when im in night shift just to hear them crab Try to understand that your housemate were being ignorant and curious. i'm so gonna lock my door after this Good that you are aware, don't let anyone provoke your animals, this can intensify their aggression. Added on February 24, 2008, 9:17 pm QUOTE(mamba @ Feb 23 2008, 10:35 PM) So adorable, i like the restful look and cherry nose..Added on February 24, 2008, 9:21 pm QUOTE(cheekyd @ Feb 24 2008, 07:16 AM) guys how do i feed cherry tomato to my suggie? do i need to peel the skin or give the whole tomato to it ? They are smart, everything will not be left except the skin.Added on February 24, 2008, 9:24 pm QUOTE(outsider @ Feb 24 2008, 09:33 AM) If it's a pair, then i think it's too good to be true. Do be sure that they are healthy..Price is secondary.Added on February 24, 2008, 9:32 pm QUOTE(emino @ Feb 24 2008, 08:17 PM) Recently Teddy lay low on eating his fruits. QUOTE(cheekyd @ Feb 24 2008, 07:16 AM) guys how do i feed cherry tomato to my suggie? do i need to peel the skin or give the whole tomato to it ? Just wash, cut in half and serve. Easy stuff. Do limit to 1 cherry tomato a day and make sure no cherry vine or leaf coz that is poisonous.QUOTE(outsider @ Feb 24 2008, 09:33 AM) Hmmm... adults? If adults, then is a bit high if untame ones. Adults are usually going for RM120 to RM150, although some places are offering adult males at RM60 to Rm100 each.... If it is a petshop, be aware, their stock are sometimes not healthy since they do not feed good food. I once went to a petshop, and he told me that gliders only eat Grapes and Kuaci.... Grapes can be toxic to gliders, kuaci is too high in fat and it can cause blockage or choking if the glider doesn't chew right. QUOTE(ayiesz @ Feb 24 2008, 06:20 PM) yesterday tried feeding them with honey. just a few lick then dunwant anymore Wahhh.... not raw honey! Only use Pure honey, which is what you usually find in supermarkets and organic shops coz it is pasturized, treated with the right temperature. Anyway, honey is not really good for gliders, licking treats are ok but a glider can get diarrhea if it takes too much honey. Also, some say it could lead to teeth problems.it's raw honey, bought from forumer here in garage sales QUOTE(emino @ Feb 24 2008, 08:17 PM) Recently Teddy lay low on eating his fruits. But I hope you will get your pair once you have saved up your cash and also gain more knowledge through research. |

QUOTE(ayiesz @ Feb 24 2008, 10:51 PM) owhh really ka. i tot raw honey and pure honey is the same. shame on me Some people mixed that up. Raw honey is normally not treated and filtered as proper as the ones sold at super markets.... but honey is full of sugar that doesn't really benefit except gives loads of carbohydrates... as treats, just use the normal honey is ok.lucky they take a few licks only. same thing happen to me so i alternate either fresh fruits or mixed from hun. Good, alternating mix and fruits is good as well. But for me, I got no problem QUOTE(emino @ Feb 24 2008, 11:18 PM) More Teddy's pictures!
