From what I experiment, it has quite weird support for multisession disc. So most likely it willl detect the 1st few sessions, or even just the 1st session only.



Going slow and uphill with around ~2krpm, the engine noise is quite loud. Other than that, it is reasonably quiet.

tat modulator sound ok la.. but select properchannel cause if u use channel tat has a Real Radio signal.. u may have those sa sa sa sound..

Hi guys, been watching this thread with great interest.

To make a long story short, I put a booking for 1.5G in end Dec, RM84K with discounts and what not (don't want to bore you with details). Loan with Maybank RM60K for 9 years, 2.4% interest. Delivery of the car not sure, as long as I got a car registered in January 2008

Went to the toyota showroom in subang this evening and i now started to fall in love with the new vios, which is a suprise coz at 1st i hated its looks. Now i kind off able to accept the unique look of the new vios, esp in blue or black color. I love the interior and the driving position, the shift pattern gear is nice as well.

I not sure whether i should go for no frills E spec or G spec, well since 85k is kinda steep for me.

How to know the car is 2007 or 2008? Where is it written?

on your Registration Card (RC)....
there are 2 date on your registration card..one is Registration Date and another one is Manufacturing Date...

how old is the car is measure by manufacturing date...not registration date....u can have a car that register on 2008 but manufacturing date is on 2007...so when u sell as used car..they will look at your manufacturing date...

if you want a manufacturing date on 2008....make sure you informed your sales man...provided he dun con u la by telling u is manufactured on 2008...cause by the time he register the car is already too late if you found out Registration Date: 2008, Manufacturing Date: 2007....by right if the car manufacture on 2007..he should give u discount...but different showroom will give different offer...


if u ask me..i rather take manufacturing date 2008...but normally will only be available on march or april...now still old stock...

Actually is quite expensive. I got a S spec for G spec price. My interest with maybank is at 2.39 for 7 years. But all those in 2007 just less than 2 weeks from today i got the car.

ASctually the car has no problem just that when you step on the accelerator, the sound of the engine is quite loud. I won't say is noisy but is LOUD when you rev it.

compare it wth city u dun hard step on it also
it provide a smooth driving cruise in city
and if u wan sudden pickup
it can go up to 4RPM suddenly of cuz with big noise if you step harder
so far i getting 130 km 10litre
