new to HOtlink 365 ported from XOX recently.

Just DL my statement few minutes ago.

got a weird charge RM0.15 SMS to celcom 601140880812 this morning. truecaller label number as spam.

The thing is I didn't send a SMS this morning. no record of sms sent to this number on my handphone.

RM0.15 amount not worried. but found it odd.

Wanna ask the Hotlink 365 said valid for 1 year, but my dashboard show it's valid till 25 Dis instead 1 year?

Can still surfing with the balance of 4GB after 25 Dis, if without topup?
need topup every 2 months?

Top up RM30 & buy the 1 year validity else top up minimum of RM 5 for 2 months validity.

You can't use the remaining data after 25th coz your account will be inactive.

Is this 365 plan having pay per use data or u will not incur pay per use data if u dun buy any data pass?

no unlimited data aka "50GB FUP"? only 2GB/4GB/10GB option?

if i still have data balance from previous month, will it be carried forward to next month within that 365 days active period?

I assume Cannot carry over. Because the 365 data plan is valid 1year. Hardly anyone can use less within 1 year

Is different package altogether, if you want so call "unlimited" plan need switch package to HPU, everytime switch package cost rm5 but can switch here and there anytime without limit

It's been few days after MNP unifi bebas into Hotlink 365, but still can't receive any banks OTP/TAC.

Already tried call bank support, they only asked to reboot phone.
Visit bank ATM, but can't find option update phone number.
Branch officers told me that's telco problems, not bank side...

Feel so frustrated already, what's else solutions can solve?
