At one stage, yes. Need minimum credit balance of RM10 in order to roam. I think it might still be such.

Shouldn't have anything to do with whether you've data roaming subscribed.

Roaming does not work in the 3 southern provinces of Thailand, Thai scare teylolis use foreign SIM card to activate kapow. Need to get a local SIM card

For those holding on to older plans (ie. #hotlink, bagus, extra) like me, the hotlink app will not show all available options ...

If you still prefer the older plans for whatever reasons, USSD *100# is the only way to see all available options. The 365 days validity is still there under My Accounts ...

I didnt buy any data plan/ hotlinkMU for the pass 6 months, but line still active.
But i realise no more 30days data plan for hotlinkMU? Or just me. My both sim don’t show 30days offer on hotlinkMU

My #hotlink was restless so it recently jumped to pantas before they start sending those sms upgrade messages (or it would've been free for me too) ... Only one very old plan left as memento .....

Changing from Bagus to Pantas is no big deal if you're just eyeing for the 365 days ... topup rm10 gets 30 days validity and once reached rm30 buy 365 days on the last day ...
