Just tumpang tanya... is VoLTE already open and active for all prepaid Hotlink users? Or still with their staggered availability?

not plan specific i think. my 365 has volte as like the previous HPU
*
You changed from another Hotlink plan to H365 or you ported-in?

I just ported-in last week... so no VoLTE yet. Maybe after 31st July 2021 "all rate plans" are still subject to batching.

Tried rebooting and turning VoLTE on/ off multiple times....

any free port in method to unifi bebas ?

Collect the sim card personally at TM outlet... It's not really "free", but at least no need to pay extra RM10 for delivery... you still need some credit in there to make call/SMS/purchase internet every 90 days (when they withdraw the daily free 1GB).

Or use those Shopee sellers services if you are comfortable in giving out your IC copy to them...

So is it "monthly/ always active" if we take the new Panta* passes with unlimited calls? Or line validity is still separate from internet pass validity?

this plan under pantas,
so will be seperate

But since Panta* plan every reload of RM10 above will extend line validity by 30 days, so still ok.

Can reload RM20 and immediately buy "5GB + unlimited call" pass (30 days). Rinse and repeat every 30 days.

"... 60 active-days days from the activation of the Plan ..."

Inilah mainan TnCs.

Could mean for the new users only (new, port-in and plan switchers) for the 1st reload.

Is anyone using MORE THAN 1 Hotlink Pantas to take advantage of the RM35 for 30GB+20GB?

Do-able?

I currently have 2 Pantas under my name but only using 1 number (disposable) for the 30GB + 20GB offer, while the other number (permanent) is for my mum use.

Now I intend to port in another 3rd number to claim the 30GB+20GB before it ends on 30th June 2023. If read correctly, can claim all 5 vouchers before 30th June 2023 and use monthly before 31 December 2023.

These "Pantas" passes are for "Hotlink Prepaid 1.0" plan ya?

"Hotlink Pantas" plan has no such passes...

Confusing terms by Hotlink... biggrin.gif

Hi, is this a new plan from hotlink?
Can't seem to find this in hotlink pantas plan
*
It is an internet pass for "Hotlink Prepaid 1.0" plan.

"Hotlink Pantas" plan has different passes.

Confusing naming by Hotlink.

Any link on hotlink prepaid 1.0? Couldn't find details on this

Current Hotlink Prepaid 1.0. It is the same simpack you find in Maxis Stores now.

You can also choose to change plan within the Hotlink app: -

From what I understand, it just meant the hotlink pantas aka new plan has option to keep remaining data for 365 days. It does not mean you're line will be active for 365 days. Just data quota is there, unused, and you are unable to use it if your data is not active?
*
Hotlink Pantas plan actually preceded Hotlink Prepaid 1.0 plan.

As a plan, Hotlink Pantas is for those who needs a smartphone (like almost everyone else biggrin.gif) but could not even finish 2GB within 30 days. So it gives you the option to buy 365 days active period to be able to make calls even without data whatsoever. You can choose your preferred data pass for that 365-days active period - and one such data pass is RM10 for 5GB that is also valid for 365 days after purchase.

Yes, Hotlink is like that - inactive means you cannot use data, too. Say you reload RM10.00 (or in fact any amount more than that) today, you will get 30 days active period only (this is only for Hotlink Pantas plan). And you buy a 365-day data pass say only 17 days later, you will be able to use your data for 13 days only (even though it is valid for 365 days). You will need to reload again to be active so as to "unsuspend" the data pass.

But confusingly, Hotlink also uses the term "Pantas" for its data passes.

As a user of both plans (Hotlink Pantas and Hotlink Prepaid 1.0), I can see different Pantas data passes for each plan in the app.

after i buy the 365 validity RM30, i can still buy the either 1GB, 2GB or 5GB long data validity in the Passes section (follows the 365 days validity) yes?
*
Yes and No.

Yes - RM30 for 365 days validity is separate from data - it is just to keep your line and credit active 365 days so that you can make calls, SMS, and buy data using those credit.

No - the validity of the 1GB/2GB/5GB (1 year) is separate from that of RM30 for 365 days validity. Every 1GB/2GB/5GB (1 year) you purchase comes with its own 1-year validity from date of purchase.

Eg purchase RM30 for 365 days on 01/01/2024 will be valid until 31/12/2024. Within this period purchase 5GB data on 01/03/2024 will be valid until 28/02/2025. Assumming your 5GB can really last very long (because so seldom use data) and still haven't finish by 31/12/2024, you cannot use data after 31/12/2024 because account validity sudah expire.

You can buy another 365 days validity from 01/01/2025 onwards (if there is still such offer) and use whatever remaining of the 5GB data you have until 28/02/2025.

You can buy another 1GB/2GB/5GB (1 year) during the validity of any existing 1GB/2GB/5GB (1 year) you already have running. Both will have 1 year validity from their respective purchase date.

You can also buy those 30-day passes on top of the 365 days validity and 1-year 1GB/2GB/5GB you already have running.

So, account validity =/= data validity.

If you have more than 1 data plan, will hotlink use the data plan which expires sooner first? Trying to find out what options are after unifi bebas has ended.
*
I tried having two (2) 1-year data plans running at the same time. The earlier to expire data plan will be used first.

Have yet to combine 1-year data plan with those 30-days data plan.
