I think there will still be users holding this old plan, just that Maxis doesn't offer it anymore.Hotlink Pantas 5G

QUOTE(sckham @ Jul 27 2021, 11:38 AM) Yes, at least with the present situation, validity is the most important for me. I'm more of a data user who don't make many calls. QUOTE(azhar75 @ Jul 27 2021, 11:39 AM) Ya, that's something to keep in mind. Thanks! |

Is there any restriction or expiry date for the HotlinkMU reload cashback amount? Nothing of such seems to be indicated, just thought I'd check just in case.

QUOTE(ckimsem @ Jul 29 2021, 12:37 PM) No, there’s no separate shown on the credit in the Hotlink app. Hence, you can use the credit for anything offered in the Hotlink app. And, you can only take one offer per day only and topping up must be completed on the same day should you deem that as restriction. Thank you. So long as it becomes part of the credit balance for me to use anytime, it's good. |

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Aug 26 2021, 11:19 PM) I believe this is the case:QUOTE(alantanblog @ Aug 26 2021, 10:48 PM) If you look here, the RM0 is referring to MNP:https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/plan/switch-to-hotlink/ They're still showing the RM5 fee for change of plans: https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditi...d-internet-365/ This post has been edited by RDoe: Aug 26 2021, 11:30 PM |

QUOTE(hashtag2016 @ Sep 16 2021, 10:00 AM) yes, I guess so . I remember that Hotlink tablet plan that they ended by making it change to Hotlink FAST once validity expired? As a consolation of sorts, FAST has free 1GB for Saturday and Sunday.--- No, I don't think that's gonna happen. The users already on the ship shall remain what's the plan offers. yet, they might change some of the details in the far future. The devil is in the details, as always. p/s: If my memory serve me right, there is only one plan that was not end up well in hxtlink history, which is the plan for the tablet (I forgot the name, too lazy to check it out). Probably too tiny user base, that one end in ugly way. Also cannot forget that time when they ended Validity 365 as well, because the dealer failed to help me activate 365 after I bought the SIM pack from him, saying that maybe system was down. Only when I got home and contacted Hotlink that I was told 365 no longer being offered already. |

QUOTE(audiocool @ Sep 27 2021, 11:12 AM) i'm confuse on the Hotlink 365 plan. 1) Internet Pass: RM6, RM10, RM20 (valid for 365)I MNP from other telco to this plan. Once it is migrated to 365 plan, i checked in Hotlink app. There is no credit and immediately i topup RM30 and my validity extend to 2 months. Upon checked in Hotlink App, there are 2 type of pass available: 1) Internet Pass: RM6, RM10, RM20 (valid for 365) 2) Others Pass: RM30 for 365 days sim active Is that means that if i bought anyone of above i will get the validity of 365 ? Another question: Someone in the post mentioned: we need to topup RM5 every 2 months at the year end we can have enough RM30 to buy validity.. Why still need to topup RM5, every 2 months if i bought the RN30 with 365 validity. Hope someone can enlighten me. Many thanks. These are Internet Passes so that your line can access the Internet. The validity of these passes are 365 days. 2) Others Pass: RM30 for 365 days sim active In order to use those passes, your line will have to be active. RM30 is paid towards making your line active for 365 days. topup RM5 every 2 months at the year end we can have enough RM30 to buy validity. This is the alternate way to keep your line active. Each time you top up RM5, your line will stay active for the next 60 days. So if you top up RM5 every 2 months just to keep the line active, in a year you'll have RM5 x 6 = RM30 total. For the following year, you'll have the option to use this RM30 to pay towards 365 days' validity without having to make sure you keep track of topping up RM5 every 60 days in order to keep the line active. Hope the above helps somewhat. This post has been edited by RDoe: Sep 27 2021, 01:21 PM |

QUOTE(audiocool @ Sep 27 2021, 07:51 PM) I'm understood except #1, for the RM6, RM10, RM20 internet pass. In hotlink app, it showed that it has validity of 365 day. https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditi...d-internet-365/Assuming i just done MNP from other Telco, the cheapest option to get my line active and also with internet pass is RM6 ? Or in order I can buy those internet pass, i need to pay RM30 to get my line active for 365 days first ? If this, then my total price spend will be RM36 to get 365 active and 2GB mobile data. Presuming you pick this Internet pass: 2GB for 365 days at the cost of RM6.00 (Refer to Clause No. 19 in the link). The Internet pass is valid for 365 days. But in order to use it, your line has to be active. You can keep your line active for 365 days (in order to use the RM6 Internet plan) with either option: 1) Pay RM30 to get a 365 days SIM validity pass (Clause No. 14 in the link). For this, your initial cost will be RM6 + RM30 = RM36. 2) Top up RM5 which will give you 60 days validity. Do this every 60 days which will be 6 times to get 365 days validity. (Clause No. 10 in the link) This option will cost you RM6 for the Internet Pass, while your credit balance will have an accumulative total of RM30 (RM5 x 6 times) at the end of the year. As suggested in the post before this, you can choose to use the RM30 credit balance the 2nd year to pay for a 365 days SIM validity pass. Your cost will be lower with the 2nd option, but you'll have to keep track to ensure you top up every 60 days. This post has been edited by RDoe: Sep 27 2021, 11:33 PM |

QUOTE(westlife @ Nov 30 2021, 11:27 AM) Ic. Thanks. U are also on bagus WM plan? Nice. Haha. No, that's the #Hotlink WM plan, different from the old Bagus WM. I changed to this from the FAST plan before Hotlink Internet 365 was available, and I needed Validity 365. It costs RM60 for this plan. But ya, I do intend to change it to Internet 365. Meaning must go to the eWallet app like tng etc. then can see rm5 top up option? I'm not sure about the eWallet top-up, though, as I've never used it. Was just sharing what I noticed earlier. |

I'm trying to get the 365-day validity but cannot find the option. Can anyone share the steps, please? Hope it's not removed already.
