you have 30 days grace period, it is just telco scaremongering

Please can you call 122 and then dial * to bypass the self serve nonsense, and listen to the announcement? I noticed recently that if you call while your line is still active, the woman will announce both the expiry date and the termination date. I'd be interested if you get the same announcement.

did you get a new number?

prepaid numbers are recycled very fast, so it's very common to get calls and sms that were intended for the previous user of the number

yes, on the Rewards tab in the MyHotlink app, top left icon Internet

redeem points every day till you have enough.. but only one pass can be redeemed per day so better don't accumulate the points

the passes cost more points at night too

I don't think so.

You can find these options in the Hotlink Red app, under MyHotlink tab, click on your plan name, then the Upgrade button.

My Unlimited plan shows Pantas as one of the upgrade options.

I'm using u25 now and my line was barred 26 Aug, there is no problem using data (same as with gx30). Only free data is barred in grace period and the Happy Hour speed boost cannot be redeemed.

yes, should not be a problem

pantas and unlimited are still the core plans under hotlink

When they changed the plan name early this year, I thought we are all doomed. Yet so far they just emphasize more on the data pass validity.

I plan to double convert my plan

Pantas > Unlimited > Pantas

so I can get back to where I started in January, any top up equals 60 days

don't forget every change of plan gets us 30 days validity reset

I just pray maxis doesn't move the goalposts while I'm on Unlimited
