With all of the carpentry work being done, its time for painting work to start. At this time, we can somehow save some money as some of the built-in cabinets have block the area which are not seen, and they are not painted at all. There are so many colour for your selection, and they somehow very important in creating the mood for the entire space.

After the painting is done, we can start hanging the curtain over the hanger. Eg: full height curtain or roller blind. With nowadays trend, we dont use the curtain rod anymore to hang the curtain, we normally create a curtain pelmet box as ceiling design and allow the track to be installed inside, it somehow help to conceal the ugly-looking track and curtain rod.

After all of this work being done, its time for final touch up of contractor. We should know that when the work is doing, there will always be alot of people walking around/ hitting the area. So, the contractor should allow the final touch up to be done first before moving in any other furnitures, (软装) to that area.

Many of us would actually ignore the uses of greens in creating better atmosphere in your home. You might invest alot in your electrical devices, furniture and more but how about greens? Today, we will talk about how green landscape and interior plantings help in changing the living qualities.

When there is no greens, the entire atmosphere will look bleak and demotivated. Firstly, we need to understand the space properties. The first type is the space with the presence of direct light/sunlight. For example, balcony or any area with direct sunlight exposure of 5 hours and more. For this area, we normally choose plants like 海葡萄， 白水木 as they are easy to be taken care, suitable to those tenants whoare very busy and not enough time to take care of plants.

The second types are place with medium light (near window). This area normally suitable to read or work. So, we normally pick plants like 天堂鸟 ，琴叶榕 as they require space which are wide, and naturally ventilated. We normally place them in bedroom, foyer or living room. So, the selection of green in our home is also quit technical as they can really boost up the house atmosphere.

We might share more about interior planting in future. However, do visit our photos shared above regarding to our previous landscaping project done in residential housing. It was our hardworks and hope you really like and enjoy our services!!

Hello everyone, today we are going to share something really different as compared to usual, the carpet as flooring materials. There will be less often for someone to choose carpet as flooring in a home, however it would be very common for someone to make it in the office.

So why is this happen, what is its advantages?
Firstly, the reason of choosing carpet is that it suits perfectly in high traffic area, especially when they will be many people walking around. Carpet helps alot in reducing the noise and scratching towards the floor below. Office would normally have lots of chair and wheels and carpet is suitable for heavy office furniture and equipment. They absorb noise and harmful pollutants like no other type of flooring. Carpet is also eco-friendly as the products are easy to afford. They make your office/store look exceptionally beautiful also. This are some of the reasons why carpets are so useful in the office. If you have a chance to try, why not ?

Hi, is it you would like to have a rc slab flooring / timber decking outside, right after your sliding door with 10ft x10ft sizing?
You may cover it with pc flat slab if you would like to use that space, but not recommend to fill up the drain gap.

It wouldnt be weird if you add spc flooring to your room, and it i also quite common nowadays with this design. This is due to the spaces are actually segregated by doors, and it wouldn't be any problem with two different flooring materials. As i said before, if you like the design, yes we can make it for you.

There are too many types of tiles in the industry. The first one i would like to introduce is ceramic tiles. For your information, ceramic tiles are made of clay as component materials. Thus it is more easy to "break" as compared to other tiles type. We normally wont use it as flooring material, but it is more suitable to be used on wall. However, there are many patterns and designs on ceramic tiles to choose from.

Next, porcelain tiles. Yes, we normally apply porcelain tiles on floor, for sure you may also use it on walls. There is actually one type of porcelain, known as glaze porcelain tiles. This type of tile has printed pattern or design on porcelain tiles. It gives more variation, however the pattern might fade out when the time goes by.

There are many tiles surface too choose from, such as raw material surface, terracota tiles. They are used normally in car porch area. Surface such as matte are used normally in kitchen, while glossy surface tiles are smooth, normally used in indoor area.

I used to share with you about our steps by steps on how to build your countertop from zero to completion. There are also a lot of types of material for your selection, either simple design or with specific materials such as concrete, natural / man-made stone.

Today, Im going to share with you how to define a Grade A quartz stone or low grade quartz. Have you ever experienced before, the stains remain at one spot to another on your quartz countertop. If this happen to you, yes you might select a low-grade quartz. Low grade quartz only consists of only 50 percent of quartz itself, but the another half would be made of other components. However, a grade A quartz which is standard mostly consists of 80-90 percent of quartz with resin powder mixed together. Then, they were compressed into the shape of a flat slab before placing on your countertop. So, you may realise the differ in percentage can actually define alot of difference.

You may try on your quartz while making selection. If it is a low graded one, it will cause scratch sign to appear on surface when using a cutter to cut on it, while a grade A quartz will never happen something like this. Besides, a low grade quartz also with cause stain to stick on it, and they are not that easy to cleaned up, vice versa to the Grade A quartz.

So, as usual, there is no right or wrong in this case, its all depends on your budget and how much you would like to spend for your house. Hope you like our works as well, and spend more time on looking into our shared photo ya for your reference.

Have you ever think of, how can a bathroom being designed in order to achieve both aesthetic and functional purpose?
Actually, bathroom has many potential in creating something really different from what conventional way of bathroom look like. Belows are one of our previous project done before, and i would like to share with you some of the other options we may do other from this.
Yes, we do apply the storage behind the mirror in order to store your bottles etc. However, some of them might feel it a little massive and not elegant enough. So how can i achieve both storage purpose and elegant at the same time? Toilet niche is one of the solution. It is so called cost efficient and elegant as it can be further enhanced by using metals as material. Bottles and bottles of shampoo can be placed securely on the customized shape and size according to your needs. If there are more budget, led strip lights may be placed at corner as ambient lighting.

There are many forms that appear before, it can be high, it can be set at low wall. Furthermore, if you dont prefer low wall, you may consider a low sliding cabinet in between your wash hand area and wc area. The sliding compartment can be opened or closed when needed. You may also make an open platform on top of this cabinet, for the placement of your toilet paper, handphone etc. This small design approach can somehow related to your using habits, and customized according to needs.

Hanging cabinet washing area, one of the best way to design your wash area. With hanging properties, cleaning works can be done more easily as there is no blockage / cabinet at bottom. This area can be mopped easily. We prefer to have one floor trap at this area to allow any spilled water flowing into it.

One of the most important feature in your toilet would be tiles as well. Please get yourself away from conventional tiling types. There are actually more and more patterns available. Not only 1 by 2 or 2 by 2, some tiles can be designed as vertical stack bond tiles pattern, which somehow bring up the character into the area as well. I will show you some of the sample photos, if you like it. Why don't you try something new, if you really about it.
