I would love to extend like a platform going out form the side sliding door? come with the house or extended? if extended can give rough cost? 10ft x 10 ft with either timber or rc slab.

My end lot with 10ft land have a drain on the side.. if let say I want to cover it so that I have more usable space, possible?

timber decking..well actually which ever is cheaper.
