ts need to keep in touch with gen z culture. like the previous replies, they don't take shit from the exploitative employers.

if you end with no technical skills then yes, people can reason with that.
but if you use jobless for 10 months to reason with him/her or anyone, then yes, you're a lousy employer trying to lowball entry workers. (the salary range is fine, but the reasoning is not)

you're employing junior sales, not some law practitioner, auditors, a specialized field where the constant practice is more relevant.

that dude looking for the job probably got offended by the reasoning more than the salary range imo. imagine someone trying to belittle you before you even join their team.

Ive been through many companies interview. They offer can't even past 5k for an experienced role.

Most big companies really low-ball candidate. I won't lie.

But thanks to all these companies that low-ball, I know my value and I will straight reject if salary is less than market

Don't waste time on company that low-ball, highly chances, position sucks, environment sucks, increment sucks, growth sucks

i'm glad that there are people like him out there so i can continue to enjoy low Grab fare. it would be a waste for him to work in any other field.

haha true story... recruit a gen strawberry for sales position, demand high due to cum laude... freshie.. give them what they want..

then in 2 month time resign due to mafa sick... need to take care of them.. and work location far2 .. 2 month not perform yet.. give training only and hand holding .. haizz..

Yup, this one ayam agree.

Got job offer from one big brand well known local company here a few weeks ago. CB KNS name only big but HR attitude worst than Chinaman company (actually they are partly Chinaman hahhaha). Lowball me. The annual benefits already like shiat. Ayam straightaway reject.

If salary already got red flags, already indicate many things will sucks.
