Haggling and offending a potential employer for RM250 denotes one's poor character. Like what others have mentioned. It was an opportunity to show his salesmanship on how that RM250 more is totally worth it (for the employer).

you should talk to more grab drivers. 10k was long time ago punya story. that time grab not monopoly yet, and no pandemic. also, don't compare the income of an 8 hr job vs 12-14 hours driving grab.

move fast but won't last long no use. grab income will only get lower in the future, not higher. in the end they need to get a job or seek alternatives, but by then they are already 30 y.o. without any exp other than grab.
