That’s okay lah. My first job : Advertised as RM3000. Offer letter time - RM2500 + RM 300 parking allowance + RM200 phone allowance.
I hardly had to use my phone as I can use their office phones to call and parking was like RM2 a day. Worst part is the allowance need to put in claims. I diam diam accept cos its my first job |

be honest.. employers always put salary range XXXX to XXXX on their job ads, but never ever gave the highest salary point from that range to even the most promising candidate.. always either lowball or just in the middle of the range, no matter how much u nego with them
