If angmoh company but bosses all local then it'll be bout the same wan, bosses expectations wise.

Some very stress till cant take it d.. cannot judge too much also la actually unless we know their situation.
Got 1 guy in my company stress until kena mini stroke and become cannot talk n shaking. Go hospital check kena mini stroke d. Immediately no more come work. Then he go find other company to work after he rest few months.

I was in your shoes when I working in MNC years ago.
The product engineering department alot of deadwood.
Unfortunate as a typical Jap MNC, they practiced seniority.
On the 5th year, I tried to change to other division (already agreed by the division director) but got stuck by Factory Manager.
Reason: I'm very important for the production side.
Unluckily lucky on 6th year I being under a very great mentor Japanese Technical Advisor, learned alot from him.
Stay on until 11th year then resign after my mentor return to Japan.
All this 11 year, never got promotion. Just work hard only.

I drive 41km to work everyday... another 41km back. But I enjoy driving cos got modded car like you. And modded car ppl need to curi tulang to go workshop or DIY fix own car... hopefully option C gives you that freedom.

Pick C as 1st choice, just extra 20+ Km is nothing much, perk is angmoh company - less tendency to cinaman management style. HR policy is strict and structured, no nonsense.
