Sr enginner in mnc to another sr engineer position in another mnc.

Company A, salary increases 28%. Different engineering job scope. OT culture is very apparent here. Big local company.

Company B, salary increases 28%. Same engineering job scope as my current job. Apparently everyone here is quite active and jobs are challenging since company is looking at performance instead of seniority. However no OT. Taiwanese company..so maybe its like chinaman company?

Company C, salary increases 33%. Same engineering job scope as my current job. Performance based increment and worklife more balanced. Doesn't encourage OT that much unless really urgent. Got OT. Ang moh company.

If i go all out, i think company B is better. Also this company only 8km away..
Company C higher salary and life more balanced but it is 35km away.

Which should I choose?

Not kuda. Wan some input from u guys.
If company B, sometimes if u really outperform, can get increment two times per year. All others only once per year

Unfortunately my job no wfh. So when got interviews, i take AL. I got quite a lot AL so its no issue. Of course take only 1 day each time.

Resign time just give resign letter to my current employer once new one everythg done and confirmed (medical checkup, official offer letter given, etc). No awkward. No company will die without an employee.

But company B can give two times increment if performance good. My performance not bad one hehe.

Economy is bad. Trust me. My laundry profits also affected quite a lot.
Also i got do a lot of projects with proof and i can talk to people. So those are my selling points.

When i was working part time during university days, i always become top salesman in pc shops that hired me lol

Yes i know office politics are a nightmare..
Now current company already give me A ratings. Bonus also good. But if i jump, goes up a lot wor. Also current company more and more workload. They like to give work to people who can do work. Cannot or slow work one let them wfh, i come work everyday although same department. Mati lor not fair at all.

Got 1 guy in my company stress until kena mini stroke and become cannot talk n shaking. Go hospital check kena mini stroke d. Immediately no more come work. Then he go find other company to work after he rest few months.

I dont really know them. But so far company B boss seems to be the most likeable in the 1 hour+ interview session la. But its too short to make any judgement on how his work ethics are like.

Hmmm...not so emphasize on those things. Just attracted company B can give two times increment in 1 year if outstanding performance. Others company C is generally more nicer / comfy. Angmoh company mer.
