Only left watercooler at the production line. Only plain hot or cold water.
Engineering room water cooler taken away. Pantry used to munch on your own snacks, taken away.

Is just salary and OT your main considerations? How about career advancement and upskilling yourself? I would advise to consider other points with a longer term view - if your situation and ambitions permit. Things to also compare:

The industry - is the company in a sunset industry?
Opportunities to manage and develop others - sole contributor? team size?
Attitude of superior(s) towards teaching
Opportunity to become a manager (assuming manager is the next level)

My own experience when I was younger is that I usually took the road less travelled, and generally that has paid off for me.

This is one of the wisest advice so far, by okyjace.

TS mentioned that the difference between B & C is 5%, but we don't know how much the 5% is. If TS's current pay is RM 10K, the 5% difference is only RM 500 which I personally will not take into consideration when deciding a career move. RM 500 is substantial for a salary of RM 2000, but definitely not anything above RM 5000.

Job satisfaction, future career advancement and office environment come into play if I were TS. Ask yourself TS, how long you plan to be in engineering before you decide to be fully operating your laundry business? Or do you have other plan as in starting a business which is engineering related?

I have worked with Japanese MNC. local company and also American company before. It is generally correct that gwai lou companies give more freedom and respect to the employees. However, when something is not well with the company, gwai lou is also the merciless to act first. My personal take is, your immediate superior is the one who will either makes your working life happy, or ruin it all. A selfish/ruthless/directionless superior could also work for a western MNC but treat his subordinates "Chinaman" way.
