QUOTE(Seaedge @ Apr 2 2008, 10:31 AM) well.. unless someone extract the original rom from KS20's WWE ROM, if not i dont think they will be able to make any custom roms... I sure hope LG would release an updated ROM of WM6.1 then. Hehehehe! and furthermore, KS20 doesnt have USB Driver like HTC does, so ugrading will be another hassle. and someone even brick their KS20 b4... |

Seems like can't find any option or SIM Manager in KS20. Hi, yeah...I can't find the SIM Manager either. Anyway I am assuming that you want to display your SIM contacts along with your phone contacts, right? I thought by default it displays both (i.e. contacts from SIM and contacts from phone)? Anyway in case it doesn't, you may want to attempt changing the registry as below: 1. Get a registry editor for your WM6. PHM Registry Editor is a good choice. It's free. 2. Using your registry editor, go the HKEY_Current_User\ControlPanel\Phone. 3. Add a new DWORD value called "ShowSim" and set as "1" to show your SIM contacts; or "0" to hide your SIM contacts. Hope this helps. I did the above to hide my SIM contacts. With the default contact PIM (which comes with the phone) it works.. but with Pocket Informant (3rd party) contacts, it doesn't. :-( P/S Do be careful when modifying your registry though... |

By right it should be possible with the Bluetooth standard. The audio from the phone will also be channeled to the headset. But that depends on manufacturer and application implementation. I will try on my setup see if this is the case. Will come back to you soon.If you have 2 BT device: - GPS Receiver - Stereo BT Headset Question: - While you navigating the GPS...there is a call came in... can you answer that call with BT Headset while stsill using the GPS? - Can you channel the GPS voice to your BT headset? |

The LG KS20's camera sports 2 megapixel resolution, autofocus, flash and video recording abilities - not bad for a stylish PocketPC. There is also a secondary camera used for video calls. Other multimedia features of the sleek handset are video and mp3 players as well as FM radio and TV out. does ks20 really support tv out? can someone clarify this? |

I think we can also try using MemMaid's optimization setting. I set mine to tweak for extreme speed. Looking good so far.

QUOTE(ZhenMing @ Apr 4 2008, 12:10 PM) Hi... have you ever think abouot using those MP3 player we use in the car with USB port... and charge our phone? It'll take a long time to charge the phone cause its not a powered USB port. Usually it's only supplying 5VBUS 100mA (standard minimum) for bus powered devices like a thumb drive, etc. Our wall chargers are rated 4.8~5V but on a current supply of 900mA. Most powered USB ports can supply up to a maximum of 500mA. Some laptops have their USB port power channel ganged together to supply around 800mA ~ and above but that is very rare. |
