If you have 2 BT device:

Question:
- While you navigating the GPS...there is a call came in... can you answer that call with BT Headset while stsill using the GPS?
- Can you channel the GPS voice to your BT headset?

By right it should be possible with the Bluetooth standard. The audio from the phone will also be channeled to the headset. But that depends on manufacturer and application implementation. I will try on my setup see if this is the case. Will come back to you soon.

Great!!! thanks.. if can... also test with connection to desktop/notebook with BT and doing sync.. then connect to GPS receiver and BT headset also...

This is infact for us to know how many BT device can work together at the same time within this phone.

It'll take a long time to charge the phone cause its not a powered USB port. Usually it's only supplying 5VBUS 100mA (standard minimum) for bus powered devices like a thumb drive, etc. Our wall chargers are rated 4.8~5V but on a current supply of 900mA. Most powered USB ports can supply up to a maximum of 500mA. Some laptops have their USB port power channel ganged together to supply around 800mA ~ and above but that is very rare.

however.. that's atleast can maintain the phone power... let say we using it with BT GPS... and connect the phone using this setup... it will able to sustain for long time... right?

Can KS20 support GPS ? Or just viewing the Map only

You need to pair with a BT receiver to make use of the GPS. Currently I'm using GlobalSat BT-338 where it's a great bargain for a 2nd hand set at a very low price from my friend... Currently using MapKing... but want to ask if other SW like TomTom and Garmin... how was those perform in our LG KS20...

For myself I am using KS20 coupled with a Holux M-1000 Bluetooth GPS receiver. For software I am using Garmin Mobile XT together with Malsingmap. In my opinion, Garmin Mobile XT is a much better program. Map drawing as you explore is quite fast. But honestly speaking I haven't tried TomTom or Mapking.

The last time I tried Mapking was on a slow Dopod 818 Pro. It was really a drag.

Is Garmin Mobile XT need to have GPS proxy installed to make use of the BT GPS Receiver?

I've tested the CE-Star and it work well with those Chinese base application (Handy Calendar), but too bad that make my phone very the super unstable... time to time will just hang the phone... That's why i give up on those... use back only English... Stable and work well...

For Chinese support, I install the chinese font and PlumSIP to the system... it work quit well except, sometime will have "da'vinci code" on some application... But overall.. it's just work well for normal use....

The following is the link for the Chinese Font: http://www.thinkagain.cn/archives/202.html (Warning!!! This font is BIG!!! But beautiful!!! Remember to turn on the Clear Type to make sure this font view beautifully!!!)

Just tested my KS 20 with Axim Executive BT Keyboard and it work dan well... I love it so much that no one will able to get it away from me anymore!!!

BTW... anyone know where can I get the Car charger for KS 20?

Yes, after installed CE-star. The phone very easy hang. Even when connect USB cable, it hangs also.

Uninstall it, the phone rocks again.
Don't use the Rotation so much, it hangs the phone easily.

The speaker is pretty poor. Cannot play heavy bass song. Playing soft songs, acoustic & sentimental songs is ok. Else the bass can make you hear cranky speaker.

Do you using Qian Qian music player or Minilyrics player, ZhenMing?

I didn't use those... infact, don't know wat is that for also... wahahahhaa....

no one know where to get the car charger for ks20???

Shall we start to list down wat you have in your KS20?
