If you like a slim wallet, definitely not but if you don't mind a thick wallet, I think it can be done.

Defo not a thick wallet guy, my wallet is a small + slim profile. Thick wallet can't fit into skinny jeans

If just Bluetooth tech then it's pretty useless. But it uses other iPhone's nearby and registers the location to Apple's DB that the owner can access making it a whole lot more useful. That's why Apple pushed out the latest update to include this feature. Now if Android can implement the same thing then we don't have to depend on Apple locked in garden tech.
