Both Dell n BenQ can rotate and have component, composite n s-video input if you wanna connect other devices such as consoles or dvd player to the monitor. But for RM1400, the HP 24" is sure a good deal.

Edit: Can you use the fill aspect mode with the PS3 @ 1080p?
