According to Mr Paul (Google Ativa service cost comparison), costs are similar for first five years if you service in SC.
But in the long run definitely abit more pricey than Myvi due to turbo engine.

I put on my windscreen, but FB groups got people put on middle of headlight, all no issues.

Test drove this car, value wise is a big winner in my book.

They say they need to get appointment but at the time I went it was super quiet so the sales person close one eye and allow for quick test drive

There have ready stock for the top end model

I actually cross shopping between sedan, hatchback and this in between based on price range i willing to fork out.

Just that i cant swallow the suv look and handling will not be as good say proton (iriz, persona, preve & suprima) or sedan in general (tire size also is odd size so those major tires model are not available in this size). Unless you willing to risk your warranty by change the tire outside of stock spec.

If one okay with it being mini SUV and they are fine with the fact they cant really to corner like a champI say go for it

Top end model got ready stock?!
I booked at mid Dec, loan approved end Dec and signed loan at early Jan for AV Dual Tone Red.
SA said at least need wait Feb only can get car :/

Because SA said production just started.

From the SA who dealt with me top end model have ready stock but the mid and entry level tier have one kind of lead time (I did not ask specifics as I was only looking at the top end model that time)

Yea! The SA said when its time to pay dp, must do it immediately cause the cars will be distributed from the factory at the end of the month (once a month).
Since booking queue is high, they will give to those that can pay dp the fastest. This was the reason they recommend pay dp by cash or bank transfer instead of cheque.

The SA told me to prepare dp last week to get ready for this week. I paid early last week to cover the 2 days cheque processing time. This week I got updates on the engine and chassis number

I have booked last weekend. Sa told he had put me on queue already, how would i know if thats true.

2 days for loan processing

Booked on the 1st of December 2021. Car collected 27th January 2022 cause I insisted on getting a 2022 manufactured car.

I commute 120km daily to and fro from work, I am very happy with the way the Ativa handles.

Still running off the full tank provided by the SA, can't really gauge fuel consumption.

Add ons so far:
- Tinting done. Not branded, but very good installer. PM if want details.
- Swapped out the Factory Head Unit and Speakers with Teyes CC3 and Infinity Alpha speakers respectively. Sounds so much better!
- Soundproofing scheduled to be completed by this Saturday.
- And finally getting the car coated on Sunday.
