Hello Incubus, i did tried everything RMA one to one exchange or refund from the brunch manager itself. They insist, they said my laoptop is run perfectly, without a problem. I've had the conversation/ documents and everything, which lead me no choice since k/ asking me to go tribunal .

They had request Gdex to pick up from my house but after the last time i've sent it in they said they wont cover the courier for me cos my laptop is running fine =(

i did ask for refund or 1 to 1 exchange but i was declined from the branch manager.

Please share the exact brand and model number. Maybe there's a lot more people have the same problem. Maybe it's a common problem for this model. Maybe your unit is a lemon unit.

People won't be able to zero in the problem if we don't know what's the specific model is.

I also have a similar experience, can't detect GPU and they say my Motherboard faulty, can't be fixed better to buy a new one.

But I wasn't satisfied with their service so I went to a specialist and they say it's not a Motherboard problem but it's the GPU. So he got it fixed and no problem now.

Never going to buy from this shitty company again. After-sales service is rubbish. They even charge for checking after the warranty period.

just go to the tribunal. you won't be the first one. already heard got ppl win them before
