So, i just bought a Laptop like 5months ago great specs and it performing well in work/light gaming.

after sometime, I've facing an issue that my computer unable to detect my Graphic Card (Nvdia), it start up/ runs normally just my graphic card cant be detected it run on Intel ® UHD Graphics only. So i had contacted the after sales service to fixed it. They had tried everything, cleaning / reinstall my graphic drivers, reformatting my PC (everything u could imagine) but the problems still came back after weeks.

Due to MCO, I'm not allowed to cross stat (which the shop/service central located in KL Damansara)so i had to figure a way, i switched my laptop running in NVidia Graphic Cards ONLY (in BIOS) instead of xHybrid( (which is Intel graphics and Nvdia). It works perfectly but i get backscreen after sometimes, which i have to force restart my PC for several times to get it works normally 

can anyone give me a hand with this? its kind of frustrating, had to WFH

Illegear is pushing the responsibility on customer.
So you need to take it to tribunal claims.
Just pay RM5 and let them do the job for you.

cukur they gave my friend back his money after failing to scam him. tered pun dah kena closed and locked. then only bukak back for one sohai customer to give good review then lock back.

Hello Incubus, i did tried everything RMA one to one exchange or refund from the brunch manager itself. They insist, they said my laoptop is run perfectly, without a problem. I've had the conversation/ documents  and everything, which lead me no choice since k/ asking me to go tribunal .

They had request Gdex to pick up from my house but after the last time i've sent it in they said they wont cover the courier for me cos my laptop is running fine =(

Yes Ive tried DDU cleaning and re install , EVERYTIME when the problems came back. I just wanna stop this, its getting tiring. Its no suppose to be happening right?

I also have a similar experience, can't detect GPU and they say my Motherboard faulty, can't be fixed better to buy a new one.

But I wasn't satisfied with their service so I went to a specialist and they say it's not a Motherboard problem but it's the GPU. So he got it fixed and no problem now.

Never going to buy from this shitty company again. After-sales service is rubbish. They even charge for checking after the warranty period.
