I replaced my S21+ screen 3 mths ago. No free replacement for greenline problem.

How much they charged you. And how long it took to repair.

It took 1 week from drop to collection. RM800 (1 mth warranty). It comes with pre-installed screen protector just like the original S21+.

I also asked few months ago. Decided not to replace the greenline problem due to high cost (I recalled they quoted my ~rm600).

Happy to know now they hv promotion for it. According to the service center (midvalley) guy, they will help to submit request for the replacement, but subject to approval. If approved, they will help replace it (but need to pay labor ~rm90).
If not approved, they will call to ask if you still want to replace or not. The whole process, you hv to left your phone with them.

Anyone hv different experiences with other service center? how long it took to get back your phone?

Samsung OLED is really expensive I remember changing my crack note4 OLED for RM 800++ last time

just replaced the greenline.... charge u labour. the screen is free... need go ss center ask first. they will check if got any watermark.. if no then can replace for u.. s21 also

Try direct walk into Samsung SC to ask. There's a chance you can get the free replacement. Do not send to Samsung collection point.

Obviously, don't buy new. But if you already own one. Android 16 is still very recent. Keep using until the phone spoilt.

Some forumer still on Huawei Mate 20 which runs on Android 10.

Android 16 still can support all the banking apps in Malaysia...

Mostly they run on Android 10 to 13... So having 16 still can use another 3 years max if phone not kaput @ GG yet 😁
