May I know how u get free replacement for green line?

Last year got the program
I ask few outlet, at the end only manage get just before the program end at Aug 😅

But I read in FB, got ppl say now they may also do free replacement, so can try luck

Btw is not really free as need pay rm80 labor

lately, my phone battery drain out very fast... any way to check whether is time for battery replacement?

Usually Sam sung Fon battery can lasts 2 years only. My note 10 plus battery also changed on 2nd year a few weeks before my 2 years warranty expired. Even after changing new battery the battery life still bad like previously

i cannot recall whether i had changed the battery before. i didn't have the habit of keeping receipts.

Even my Oppo Find X6 Pro which is going to be 2 years this May the battery health is now 92% meaning I only have 4600mah juice inside usable out of 5000mah when brand new

My previous 3 Samsung i only change once

Hi, my S21+ is experiencing the vertical green line issue on the screen. I checked the Samsung website for repair options and it provided me with two choices. Has anyone had their screen repaired or replaced before? Is the price fixed?

have u try go to lowyat plaza to get the best quo? believe it should be cheaper than the repair or replacement cost from SC.

i manage to replaced my note FE used motherboard around RM380 and it work fine until now as my spare phone

I haven't asked for the details at SC yet, but I will try asking a few other places before making a decision.

Got a few quotation for S21+ screen replacement.

1. Samsung Authorized Service Center = RM806
2. 3rd party repair shop A = RM850
3. 3rd party repair shop B = RM880
4. 3rd party repair shop C = RM950 (including new frame)

I really wonder why Samsung SC is cheaper. The only advantage sending to 3rd party is the screen can be replaced within 2h.

Previously mine s21 they charge rm500
Later ask again few sc gotten free exchange but pay rm80

Yes until last year december 2024, S21 can get free screen replacement but now no more. My screen greenline happened just after the January firmware update.

Samsung SC they usually got do water seal test to make sure the phone is back rated ip68, 3rd party is risky to trust them.
