How common is the green line problem on the S21 series.

Just got a notification for an update for OneUi 6.1 with some AI features.

No one mentioned about it here.

Despite what many people say, the green line happens due to multiple reason (heat, drop, mishandling). The OS updates temp only goes up to 37-38 deg C which is perfectly normal. No need put in freezer, all placebo and hearsay.

I don't want to touch on the green line issue because its a design problem, exacerbated by many reasons. If you want to be sure get the S24 series as far as I know.

I have an S21+ but so far until now no problems at all. Had never been knocked or dropped, I don't game on phones - just phone, social media, and movies. Brightness usually below 50%. Operating temp between 33-39 deg C (no air con).

From what I've gathered, Samsung had ironed out the problem for the S24 series.

Many would not recommend the S22 series because of heat issues with the CPU.

Very smooth and fast upgrade process. I will keep using this phone until the banking apps would not work anymore.

How much they charged you. And how long it took to repair.
