go to Settings -> Sounds -> Sound Quality & Effects -> Adapt Sound

change it to "Under 30 years old"

also the top there, change it to Adapt sound for both media and calls.

not sure why Samsung make the default setting to be so soft at first

people now triggered la bro...hot a bit complain this complain that..normal la a processor to get hot...those tiny things are procssing data damn fast...kamon la guys...if first got phone and its hot then it will be learning pattern after that phase surely will get cooler...lain la if unbox phone then temp go 90 degrees...if like that can complain la.....aiyooo people nowadays..relax

Some have used many older Samsung and don't recall heating issue before. At least the N20 that I have now is the "hottest" so far among the several I used before and those are all high end in their times.

That is why there are people complaining why latest Samsung is hotter than older Samsung. I would say their complain is genuine.

Some might be comparing right after hours of setting it up

Then while using + charge + watch video + play game

Of course phone will go hot lol

So far never faced issues with overheating

I think people expect it to function like a god phone since they're paying top dollar for it.

Its a powerful phone. But need to know when is the right situation to flag it as an overheating issue.

If after 1 week and overheat just by web browsing. Then the unit definitely got issues

This is just law of thermodynamics physics. Average people don't understand.

More performance equal more heat. In this case s21 needed to desipate those excess heat. So hence phone hotter lo.

Not sure about the scratches thingy. But it comes with 3 in the box and it’s super easy to install. The best part is the fingerprint works exceptionally well.

May be but I think there is other unexplained issues.

For example. I notice the overnight standby time for the newer N20 far worst than the older N8 with smaller battery in percentage term, even with similar apps. The phone signal bar is worst than the N7FE

True.. any newer faster processor are hotter than their older generation.. even in pc computer.. hence the crazy cooling system for gaming pc.. also can see extra cooling system on gaming smartphone too.. have to admit, only Apple make better and power efficient processor nowadays.. the warm feels also due to heat dissipation, which is essential, rather than the heat stays in the phone and kaboom.. Android system will tell you if the heat is above tolerance. That is overheating.. if not, then it is still a normal temperature although it warm. Below 45 is still a normal range for modern smartphone.. and yes 45 is hot on our palm
