they really did a 180 degree turn but now J&T prices now slightly higher than others, but still worth it maybe some new manager sorted them out kaw kaw remembered last year my stuff arrived took almost 1.5 mths from perak to kl when collected at their office stuff was everywhere, even unattended on the corridor with water dripping on them now they are the best and my 1st choice haroldz123, akif93, and 6 others liked this post

Their drop points are open 7 days a week and you and create order via FB Messenger so you don’t have to fill any forms at the centre. Scan barcode and pay, ciao. Best service. Even delivery within Pen Malaysia also usually will take 1-2 working days only. |

Depend which area and drop point . If u stay in serdang / equine park area , stay away frm j&t . More thn 20ppl q under hot sun for > 2hrs waiting to self collect their parcel last week . Go google review c , 1star given .

yes.. i can concur as a shopee seller. We sell penyapu lidi. J&T is really fast, can even do next day delivery.
Meanwhile DHL is getting worse, some deliveries approaching a week already. Despite that buyers prefer DHL more than J&T. |

i remember when they started out they had a lot of problems.
they were cheaper but unreliable when it comes to delivery time. now they have improved in everyway and has surpassed poslaju. this is what happens when they take customer feedback constructively and improve. |

I bought an item from a seller in Kedah. Seller posted it on Sat and the package arrived KL on Sun - very fast!! Then nothing. Nothing happens on Monday. Out for delivery on Tuesday. And the status as at now is still Out for delivery.  |

They are fast but the staff just drop the parcel on lobby after calling me, if somebody took the parcel then i have to makan sendiri. Other courier company will not do that without your presence.

J&T for stuff Rm50 and below. Yes, POSLaju is slow these day but I trust the workers. They are at least properly hired unlike J&T. |

Rarely bought from Shopee coz of all the horror stories previously. My area Lazada LEX is super efficient.
May consider purchase from Shopee if not because of their misleading listing. They shouldn't allow accessories pricing for an item to be lump with the main item in the same page. |

J & T is facing DO or DIE situation
Quite apparent . They expanded so fast into so many hundreds of offices and still expanding . The assets buying will costs HUGE MONEY ---lorries / vans etc If NO BUSINESS then can collapse very very fast Their BIG COMPETITOR is Poslaju which is having HUGH problems of meeting customers satisfaction ( generally Psolaju is so lousy and confortable with their iron rice bowl position that they don't bother to reply to customers problems . ) Lots of my customers already changed over to J & T as they are fed up with Psolaju service . This kind of competition is GOOD . It will spur companies to give better service . I would anticipate Poslaju to become much much smaller organistion soon |

sender sent my parcel on mon and receive ytd even is evening around 6pm+ last time j&t also send to me even at night time which im really surprised...
pos laju sent by my fren on weekend and got it on mon so it is not that slow actually but depends on situation.. parcel from oversea reach me within 2 weeks as promised since i choose cheaper option so longer duration, upon reaching malaysia, it took 2 days to reach me so im good with pos malaysia |

Best experience with J&T was when Friday evening place order for item, seller sent on Saturday, arrived Sunday afternoon. Damn fast.

If not mistaken. JnT open everyday include public holiday Also I like how JnT help you wrap items when you bring to the counter. I don't need to find box/wrapper etc. They used to do it all for me. There was one time I ship many second hand item to one buyer. I bring them, they bubble wrap it one by one then ask me to go behind mamak take some box. —————- J&T EXPRESS !! pihak J&T 2021 januari sudah mula menggila sekali lagi terhadap staff pekerja dengan memotong cara mendapatkan komisen. pihak J&T sudah mengatur langkah dengan membuang elaun komisen runner start bulan januari, maksudnya jika barang tak capai 1200 penghantaran, elaun komisen tidak dapat. elaun penghantaran hanya dikire selepas 1201. Start januari komisen 1200 parcel delivery kerja wat amal,lebih 1200 baru di kira contoh kalau bulan januari delivery 1500 parcel dia hanye bayar komisen yg 300 parcel sahaje sebab dah lepas 1200 kan,1200 parcel tu dia burn.so 300 parcel x 60sen hanya dapat rm180 sahaje.memang celaka kan,sifat belah kasihan tak ada lasung,dah macam komunis pihak orang atasan ni. Komisen pikcup dari 4% dah jadi 1%,komisen admin clark lagi la semua dia potong.lepas ni ape pulak dorang nk potong? dengan pengurangan komisen dari pihak atasan J&T, langsung tiada pembincangan dengan pihak staff yang lain tanpa persetujuan.. pihak atas mengambil kesempatan dalam kesempitan orang bawahan!nak cakap rugi pasal kes covid19?company j&t ni tak pernah tutup selama wabak covid19 ni melanda di negara kita,malahan barang semasa PKP bertimbung2 sampai tak cukup staff dorang ambil partime.lagi mau sembang company rugi ke? orang bawahan sudah mula utk berbincang dan memberi pendapat tapi tidak diendahkan.. hanya alasan orang atas membandingkan kenapa syarikat penghantaran lain bole buat, J&T tak bole?! shit. ini kah kukubesi yang mula membiak??!! jika barang korang oder tu lambat, harap nya paham la situasi kami ye.. dengan kekurangan runner, dengan pemotongan tiada komisen, hanya bergantung basic semata, semangat berkerja pun dah hilang.. gone! sampai staff pun boikot atas ketidakkan perihatinan dari pihak atasan.. anak muda bangsa melayu kerja nak rak hujan panas, orang atasan goyang lutut bawah aircond.. Anak melayu yang naik syarikat j&t ni tapi pihak atasan tidak bersyukur dengan kedudukan company sekarang yang dah stabil tapi mereka tak pandai jaga staff. Aku seru kepada seller yg meniaga stop la guna perkhidmatan j&t dan customer stop guna j&t kalau masih guna,barang korang lambat sampai jangan marah sebab semua runner nak lari lepas ni,stop membeli brg kat shoppe guna j&t.boikot!!!!!! boikot! bagi orang atasan sedar kepentingan orang bawahan! And people think Chinaman is no good. They pay damn well to those who deliver. especially the contract staffs. I heard it's above 4k monthly. I also sell on Shopee, and I only enabled J&T. Reason is simple: the drop off system. When I tried using poslaju, I printed out the airway bill, I brought the items to Poslaju branch/office (the post office la basically), they rejected my package. They said they don't know how to handle Lazada/Shopee package and to ask LZD/Shopee how to drop off at Poslaju. WHAT THE FCK. J&T senang je. Walk in, drop off whatever you have in a box they already provided by the side. I dropped mine just before 11AM or so just now, they already processed it at 11:04 AM. [J&T PCP T.SRIANDALAS 402]Parcel has been picked up by J&T PJS402 20-01-2021 11:04 Efficient? SUPERB. J&T is miles better NOW ... before is like park.
Now Laz Express is like park. Latest swipe is delivery attempt failed. Fukitiang, Im home the whole day because of mco. Weather is good no rain or thunderstorm or what so ever. Residential entry log have no record of Lex Express on that day. Best is, fail delivery attempt on 16th ... till now stagnant  |

Last year ordered Midea washing machine from seller in Johor. 12pm midday place order, tomorrow 7pm JnT delivered to my parents house in Kedah kampung area. That is probably the best experience of shipping that I've ever had.

JnT and shoppe outsource their delivery to non commercial vehicle. They can send faster for cheaper cost but the risk is to be burdened to unknowing 3rd party geek worker that sent it. If vehicle kena sita they wash hand

I would say DHL is the best. Seller send out, the next day by 1 pm sure reach. Before reach, dispatch call first to inform.
J&T is later, after 3 pm. 6 pm baru reach also got. Or parcel reach the branch later in the morning, next day only they send. No calling to inform, own self must standby, wait whole day. If DHL, Mon to Sat, reach the branch liao, that day itself they send. |

Main courier is j&t, 95% of the time I'll receive the next day. Another 5% will take extra 1-3 days if the item seems to be stuck somewhere
From time to time I like trying others courier. PL still slow since last year, never recover to their glory day. Citylink and shopee express seems to be able to deliver next day too. Ninjavan if only they solve the slow sorting at their hub. Cj century and dhl is also capable for next day delivery but not as good as j&t |

Just throw "lost my parcel" until pee pee seller also agree on launching dispute. took long enough of waiting until pee pee refunded, after over two weeks finally lost parcel resurfaced and delivered to me. Game card defo used before, got scratch lines on contact area. Suspect someone took home and play then only deliver to me. Takpe la, free game. |

My area J&T serviced by Bdr Teknologi Kajang and Kajang branch. Sometimes item arrived at their hub at 10AM+, after lunch delivery guy picks it up and deliver by 6PM. Mostly part timers using own vehicle.

Because they hired runner. Each parcel can get rm4. You can become their runner too. Can do as part timer.

J&T my place getting worse mco or no mco. Last few delivery they dunwan come in ground floor apartment. Or even wait at gate. I need go out walk 10~20meter outside apartment block gate to their van get frm them. The lady courier is just too lazy get out of van.
Few delivery ago I wasn't around was driving outside so I switch off my phone she came to meet an elderly member of my family angry at them because I did not answer the phone and that she had to come into the apartment block to deliver the package. The bitch really cb. Few months ago I personally got scold by another J&T who claims I never wrote my address as apartment block since they went to somebody else landed property wait for me. I had to shout at him back. WTF all other courier include pos laju can knock on my door no issue. Getting fed up with J&T Penang they can go die. what i can observe is that jnt eliminate manual sorting. all jnt slip are digital and need to be done before hand using shoppe or their website. when customer input the delivery address, the system knows which delivery branch that need to be sent.
at jnt slip u can see the branch number printed out terus. this is different from other courier where they need determine which branch to sent after they receive the courier. this takes a lot of time. |

so far poslaju is the most stable from my experience and i always buy from shopee, shopee free delivery voucher, only cover first 3kg for j&t, meanwhile poslaju first 5kg |

I took a gamble yesterday. J&t still efficient. Seems like they pass the bad time. Bad time when boikot time, kena delay till 5 days

So much praise for J&T here but in the last month, I've had 3 parcels that all took over 10 days to reach even though all are within Klang Valley. Hotline also works half the time, it's been sitting in their Hub for days which is 8 mins drive from me but they won't let me self collect also due to MCO. Very annoying. today my JT courier using their children for delivery
in fact this is not the first time, a number of time this two weeks. i order alot of shet online. so the same kancil or kembara, some small car comes all the time. i feel this is child labour. mom park car in front of pipu house. enjoy aircon, free mp3 music. child run around taman do delivery. this kid was like 5-7 yo. sweating, dirty mask. Sometimes toss lighter package onto the fence post. Sometimes shove between narrow gap in gate, would sometimes wait behide the gate until someone come. boy so small like a delivery ninja. no words exchange, but mission completed |

J&T the best. Usually 1-2 days can receive parcel if within selangor. I stay at condo and they automatic put in my mailbox or at guard house. No need tell. The best.
