I would say DHL is the best. Seller send out, the next day by 1 pm sure reach. Before reach, dispatch call first to inform.

J&T is later, after 3 pm. 6 pm baru reach also got. Or parcel reach the branch later in the morning, next day only they send. No calling to inform, own self must standby, wait whole day.

If DHL, Mon to Sat, reach the branch liao, that day itself they send.

J&T & DHL fast. I buy stuff from Shopee during 18/1 sales. Yesterday seller send out, today reach liao. Both J&T and DHL one.
For me, DHL faster, 12 pm arrive with the parcel.
J&T, if using the van 4.30 pm to 6 pm baru reach. Have to wait whole day.

In terms of efficiency, I just experienced the slowness in J&T(me, not my family/friend)
My package arrived in Melaka last Friday morning(22 Jan). Stuck for 2 days at their hub before finally delivered to me on Sunday, which is the last day for them to deliver according to Shoppe schedule.



While Ninjavan arrived same day, delivered same day (22 Jan):




I've noticed J&T tends to be slower if the package bigger need to use van. Tested here, found its true. So now, J&T drop to no 3 in my list. No 1= DHL, no 2= Ninjavan.

Next, try back Poslaju & see.

You didnt complain to J&T? Or Shopee/Lazada? Mine was stuck 2 days before they deliver.
