Yes deposits are all affected only clearance and withdrawals are functioning as normal but still the Malaysian working style all will be affected as usual

Even if you deposit high unlikely the money will be used to purchase units immediately because the order book from the fund manager will be only transacted after closing daily price hence the purchase will only be executed the next business day which is next week Monday

The problem is with allocate plus more checks are hampering the initial buy which takes 5 business days and the subsequently will be 3 days which currently Versa beating to their game with 3 initial working days followed T1 settlement which should be the gold standard by now in Malaysia

Finally completed my account and bought my first fund using the app.

I have downloaded the app and keyed in my details last week. But then found out that the account opening can only be completed if you actually buy a fund. I did this on Monday 8/2. Funds paid by FPX.

Yesterday I got a call from CC asking for a detail in my account that they wanted clarification. Explained on phone. Today got email account is opened and can now finally see the balance of my investment on the app.

Good for you and the problems can be fixed if they have put in proper steps like Versa,FSM on how to finalise the account opening
