THe problems is this app has not been tested properly and then they decided to roll out to onboard more customers into the funds due to pandemic and more financial services are going to contactless on trends now

From the looks on it, they are gonna take at least a year to roll out they kinks in it

Even with Versa, it is not perfect in terms of transaction order but however it is overall still 95% still functional as compared to plus platform which is horrible

When they launch last year, they only for target invited ppl, i think is i access customer.

They should open to all customers to test.
If they accept my application last, they got extra 2 month to figure out.

Reject iFast customer like shutting down one door oledi.

The biggest mistake was that their target market now is retail which is more customer demanding as compared to most in i access who doesn’t give a damn as long as making money on paper statements

1stly they should bloody shut the music as it doesn’t suit any appetite to invest as it is bloody annoying just like those watching K culture on loud hailers

## today update :

a week b4 order just start appear in my Allocate plus apps.

seen like they open separately account for my purchase on this affin enchand Deposit fund (different with my PRS)

this account now appear with RM0 and transaction history back dated my 3/2/21 order.

may b they manually update....

i try log in i Access, but fund that i purchase through Allocate plus didnt appear (not sure whether need to manually update again )

i did feedback about the music thing to them already. but i also wish there is some sort of biometric login so that dun have to type the email and password everytime.

The app is not stable only.
It has a stable portal via i-Access.

Bcoz allocate plus mention my account partially complete but I access oledi complete 😵

How can it be? AHAM just use plus a transactional app while linking I access for just statement and transactional details

Seriously they should just shut this app and back to drawing board because it is horrible to have seen thousands getting affected
