haha then i guess your friend has plenty of talent.
i only have noobish skills. play so long, but no improvement doh.gif

music theory about scales n stuff.
fingerings actually are just recommendation to which finger should be for which note.
its just an idea, not a hard n fast rule.

I like this bassist > I wanna be like him/her ... He/she improve the song in every song she played ! I think she use all 4 of his/her fingers to play
I don't care how young she is but yeah she's getting to be one of those must watch out for player should she choose to be. Her style's bit "busy" (then again which aspiring and established J-player who's not? lol) but tastefully done, cool notes and stops' choices. She knows when to dig in that's for sure. I'm betting she keeps a regular weekly self practice at the very least. Keep her vids coming bro. Entertaining stuff it is.

**hmm I found the youtube jp listings. Apparently 1 of the comments has found that the player's a guy o_O? well if that skirt rocks his boat -shrugs- **

"Band edition" - all players are the same person shocking.gif

yep its true. she / he is pretty good.
those basslines are typical of japanese songs. they seem to play a whole lot more notes.
but thats their style, and their dimension of playing is a whole lot nicer than the stuff u hear on pop songs.

there is a sad but true feeling that she's a guy. no boobs, no face, her hands are covered?
usually its hard to play with hands covered like that, but its like purposely to hide those big hands / arms too.
anyway just hope i'm wrong, for my imaginations sake biggrin.gif

lol =p~ oh yeah about that iceman bass...The balancer could either be a:-
A. Tone - Turns for low, mid and high.
or
B. Pup control - bridge or neck voicing.

I'm thinking B are most likely it since it doesn't make sense to have both pups on full by default. That will somewhat negatively affect the way you need to change or switch your attacks on certain song parts.

I'm not sure what you're referring to as a "style sweeper".I'm not seeing it on the specs page. That Phat II is self explanatory. It's a bass boost circuit built-in and selectable by action (by that I mean manually. You twiddle with it when you want to) that adds the extra low blows bro.Haven't tried Icemans meself but judging from the 2H configuration it might be stronger on the mids or packs a definite growl maybe that's the reason. (or maybe just for tastes **shrugs**)

The only best answer to that is that you should go and try both bro. It's a normal thing to get a bit overwhelmed with features but at the end of the day it's about what, how and when you use it for. Yes you might worry that you should have spent more for longer term features but there's also a good chance that you'd be paying for stuff you'll neglect from regular use later on anyways. Only thing I can say is if it's an Ibanez, you can't and won't go wrong on the money on either models that's for sure. Good luck and post pics when you've sealed the deal. ::thumbs up::

of course u can ler. just that u have to start from the basics only lor.

if u learn abit of guitar, it will help u when u learn the bass. this is coz they're kinda similiar in the theory. so that will help u. but playing style n all, thats different.
same thing for the bass. if u learn bass first, then go guitar, then u have some knowledge and it will help u pick it up fast. style still different.
so in the end the same thing. biggrin.gif

bout the song, maybe i can help u. but i have to go out. just came back to bathe.
maybe someone else can help whistling.gif
