But good news. This year exynos is MUCH BETTER than last year.

So here's my suggestion.

If you are using exynos 990, go ahead upgrade to exynos 2100. You won't regret.

If you don't care about warranty, go ahead buy SD888 S21. Congrats that you got the best of the best.

If you are using SD865 S20 /Note 20 series, stick to it. No need to change unless you die die want the latest tech.

What to do stick to exynos due to warranty
Have history of burnt screen before
Not heavy gamer so no issue..just that FHD+ instead of QHD and no SD
But when tested note 20 5G and note 20 Ultra side by side
Cannot/hardly see much difference on the resolution though

The answer is of course SD888 will be better. Now the question is how big the gap between SD888 and Exynos 990. One of the reviews shows at least 2 hours difference. But that's based on software test. Now we shall wait for the real life comparison then we will know the final answer.

The GPU performance of Exynos2100 actually stands quite well to last year’s SD865.

That’s definitely an encouraging improvement for Exynos, but nit-picker probably still feel shortchanged it’s losing to this year’s Snapdragon.

Even if pawned at side by side comparison, but will it matter in real life usage? For example my car can drive 180km/h, other car can drive 200km/h.. but we drive at 120km/h.. sort of

this i agree...as we are certainly not gonna use its full capacity at 100%...compare this and that later if buy SD version hard to claim warranty...well for me im not gonna go thru that trouble and plus im no mobile gamer...hihi

It's because Samsung only sent S21 and S21 ultra to the tech reviewers. So none of them have the chance to review the S21+. I also dunno what's Samsung's strategy this time. It seems that they are purposely ignoring the existence of S21+.
