In TheTechChap's video, the Exynos chip is slightly better than Snapdragon. So just appreciate both these chip and don't complain much. They are roughly the same. I believe those who keep saying Snapdragon variant is better or Exynos variant is worse won't even buy S21 series.

I have a question.
I still have the original Note 10 plastic screen protector that came out of the box. But I never have problem with fingerprint sensor. So does it means plastic SP all have no problem?

i also ordered one, is it as sturdy as ringke (if u used before) or is it quite loose?

saw this too. i think the difference is very small. even we put 3 SD and 3 Exynos devices and test it together the results might vary. hahah

Very sturdy no worry. But it's slightly bulky.
But so far i am ok with it's bulkiness haha

Let's hope this vid puts to rest the entire debate on which is better. probably the yields of these SD and Exynos varies. I remember few years back during HTC android days where people flash custom kernels and roms all the time. That between each phone have to check the binning of the chips also different bins different performance

The unique part for this reviewer is having two same SoC phone, both are SD888 and yet it shows some slight performance difference even under same condition. All this comes down to silicone/binning quality which I just mentioned in my previous long post. All reviewers result is just inconsistent, which is why I have said before to use it as a standard guideline and do your own homework to test it yourself once you owned those devices.

What I can say is Snapdragon result seems to be more consistent compared to the Exynos counterpart which was all over the place among all the reviewers I have watched.

Official version sure won't have. We only have x50 pro here now. So doubt it will come to Malaysia.

Mi 11 global announcements done but Malaysia price not yet. Got charger and also announced Mi 11 SE but no further info. Pro also not yet

TLDR
- SD888 is still more efficient compared to E2100
- E2100 is massively improved compared to E990
- Kirin 9000 and SD865 is very efficient compared to SD888 and E2100. SD865 chips can provide more sustained perf.
- Kirin 9000 GPU is more efficient compared to E2100 (more cores & lower clocks?)
- Samsung 5nm is comparable only to TSMC 7nm. Can't beat TSMC 5nm (by as much 20% difference). Hence why the lower than expected gains for SD888 compared to SD865.

This is good review at least proved the Antutu software temperature for Exynos is not accurate. You can see the temperature when tested from outside is actually almost same.

I think the main problem why we fall into this debate is because, mrwhosetheboss's video put the RED CROSS on Exynos in his review makes the Exynos owner feel bad... including myself. He has to be careful before commend bad about exynos ... but of course everyone has right to say out their opinion. Just ignore his review.

Haha since u have so many cases, which 1 you like the best and at the same time u think offer sufficient protection? 😝

Personally I prefer going for rubbery case as hard cases tend to leave some scratches at bottom/top of the phone when snap in/out.

Lol, come on don't get confused. Antutu reports CPU temperature, of course it will be much higher, whether the reporting is accurate for the latest Exynos 2100 (I can't confirm this). Temperature tested from outside is device temperature. You cannot get CPU temperature reading just by using that temperature measuring device ...., it can only be measured by software or if you disassembled the phone and measure the temp on the SoC itself.

You got the point. But I do believe if Exynos CPU temperature hit 56deg celcius, common sense tells the device body temperature will not stay 37-38 even cooler than SD. The heat dissipates thru whole body of phone and will feel hot. So I believe antutu reported wrongly about exynos CPU temp.

I called Samsung again and they said it's pending pickup by courier services. Looks like it's not gonna be delivered before CNY starts.
