Why Ole can't see Tuanzebe really good, yes he did 1 or 2 mistakes but the partnership with Maguire that makes United looks defensively really strong and better attacking

While VDB proves he is a great player that of course, Ole won't see that VDB made the game much easier just like partnership Maguire with fast and pace players ie Baily or Tuanzebe

I bet Maguire and Lindelof partnership on Burnley game. And the gap between defender and midfield will be wider, hollow in the middle and no high press football

Never really expect 11 players who never play as a team before, some even get their first game in months, to give a good performance. Especially beside Lingard and James.

Wanna blame? Blame OGS for not giving enough time for Mata and VDB before this game, so they are not fit enough to lead the team when needed.

I don't get why some of the negativity.

It was a good result, we won.
I like the second string team we fielded, our key players like Bruno got a rest.
I thought VDB showed his quality, especially in the first half.

Yes, it looks like it will be Maguire-Lindelof next game.

We could've lost. It was a 6/10 performance against a league 1 side.
Dan James is still doing his best to bang every right back he encounters. 5.5/10, +0.5 for the first few minutes.
Lingardinho was so invisible. 5/10
Mata was OK for a cameo start. He can't press or defend if his life depends on it. 6.5/10
Williams shows why he is not starting this year.
Bailley is better than Maguire or Lindelof, except he will only play 5 times every season. 6.5/10
Tuanzebe was fair.
Vdb did well but Mata in front huffed a little too much to do anything better with his support. 7/10
Greenwood needs to get his act together. Otherwise his whole season will a wash. Another 5.5/10
Sure, this was a game to rest the first 11. But to see our next 11 not inspiring, something we've come to accept?
