Might as well you go for SWU plan. RM99 for 100mbps versus RM99 for 50mbps.

Just wanna share my SWU experience. Previous plan was 100Mbps BEST @ RM129, no contract.

1. Asked live chat if can get RM99 SWU, they replied SWU only offered to selected customers through call or TM Point. Then, I requested their marketer to call me as suggested by some users here.
2. Got the call but was only offered 300Mbps @ RM159. Asked about SWU, same reply as chat.
3. Went to TM Point, staff said not eligible but will send a request to HQ, then did thumbprint.
4. After 1 week, portal plan changed. TM didn't call or sms. Email order form received after 3 weeks.
5. Not SWU plan but 100Mbps - Turbo Super Value (Broadband). Seems like an old plan from 2020 according to the previous thread. Maybe you can try this plan if they cannot offer SWU.

Anyway, they all asked me to explain SWU. I just said SWU is StayWithUnifi, I know some people got it, and I want 100Mbps @ RM99.

So in the end, I got:
- 100Mbps @ RM99, permanent.
- Free calls only to landline. Not an issue since I don't use it.
- No Unifi / Play TV but still have free Viu Premium from previous plan. Not sure how long will stay but don't care.
- No new equipment or replacement.
- Renew contract 2 years.

Overall, I'm satisfied since I can finally remove the unused TV from the bill and save some money.

Edit:
1. STD20 is included since my test calls to home and mobile were not charged.
2. Viu has been reverted to basic account.

anyone here experience nat failure with tm? My console now have nat failure:(

Wait there's free calls only to landline? How different is it from STD600 mins.....

Same thing here. I couldnt connect to MTG Arena on AWS.

I am definitely also getting some issues. Besides some games, Maybank2U app also having issue connecting.

Last Tuesday, Unifi installer came to install Unifi for a customer nearby. Then on Friday, I noticed the Fiber DP box is not properly closed.

Lodged a report to Unifi, followed up yesterday & today, still awaiting them to come close the DP box properly.

So far no disruption yet. Are they gonna wait until someone lodges a breakdown report before taking action??

I cant access netflix, PSN and McD to order food either.

not using unifi DNS but no problem here in klang valley default ipv6

TM got routing issue

certain IP block there is no route announcement at all.

maybank also affected
