hn aftersales customer service is bad in my place ,idk about other branch. better buy from sony online store.you can online chat with sony customer service for extent but in 30 days of you buy date.

Yes i call them at first but they say will call me back which they didn't,so i WhatsApp the seller and ask him about.it,he say can collect tomorrow.based on my experience the after sales service really not that good

because they havent receive ps5 stocks from sony yet. that why they cant post the ps5 . i think sony already send out to retailer already.just sit in post office ,waiting the time that given by sony to post them out.
