In my review code without day 1 patch, perf was kinda shit. Erratic ~50fps-60fps, was not fun.

Now after day 1 patch, it's much better. Still not perfect 60fps but mostly solid enough for the most part. housemarque engineers are wizards, they've proven many times from PS3 to PS4 era, all their games just keep improving over time.

RT is only used for single bounce calculation for GI. Very low quality.

HZD is 30fps locked. You get nothing out of playing it on PS5.

Thermal pad too thick (which he calls thermal panel lmao)? Use la thinner thermal pad with a lower shore A rating. 0.5mm is all you need for the NAND to transfer all its heat to a heatsink. Use compressible thermal pads like Gelid GP or Alphacool Rise ultra soft.

Moron in that video go use 2mm pads... no shit it won't fit.

In other news, I'm using an EKWB nvme heatsink and it fits just fine. Thermal pads are Gelid GPE 0.5mm. Drive is a Samsung 980 Pro 1TB.
