PS5 is the most pointless console I've ever bought on launch, was expecting it but didn't realize it'd be this bad. The UI is trash. Games are... well aside from Demon's Souls, everything else is who gives a fuck.

Don't know how Sony hasn't learned from all their years with the PS4 to once again release a console that seems to have learnt nothing from its predecessor.

There is often misconception about screen sizes in accordance to perceived viewing area.

65" and 55" difference is not simply a 10 inch difference, This is a very, very common misconception. Similarly 49" to 55" is not simply a 6 inch difference.

The viewing area (the panel) are as follows:

65" = 1808 square inches
55" = 1293 square inches
32" = 438 square inches

You may think that 55 + 32 = 87" what? Apa lanjiao math you use right?
Well, if you use the viewing area of a 55" and 32" TV together, you only get 1731 square inches, that is LESSER than a 65" TV viewing area.

So going from a 55" to 65" is not simply just a "10 inch je" difference, it's actually nearly a 39" difference. In other words, a 65" TV is 40% larger than a 55" TV.
Hope you guys take note when choosing screen sizes and then complaining about why there is such a big price gap between 55, 65, 75 and so on. You're not paying for just 10" more.

I'm using 27GL850, good monitor but only if you play at native resolution. The upscaling of the monitor is quite poor especially from 1080p due to vertical pixel mismatch.

Wouldn't get a 1440p monitor just for PS5 until it supports the resolution.

Can play 120hz, but looks like shit.

You guys want good audio, buy good headphones. It's really not that difficult to understand.

Philips Fidelio X2HR.

Reason I recommend X2HR is because for most gamers here, it makes sense. If you need a mic, get the VMODA boompro and connect it to the X2HR + dualsense, instantly becomes the best "gaming headset" on the market without paying a premium, bar none. The X2HR also strikes a good balance between a wide enough soundstage for casual competitive gaming and also just enough bass immersion for those single player experience. Fact that X2HR is also almost always on sale makes it a no brainer "reasonable budget" purchase.

DT990 are nice but don't really have the versatility of to do what the X2HR can and the weak-ass dualsense can't even drive them to respectable volume to begin with.

Another alternative is the Vokyl Erupts which are IMO better than the X2HR even. They were suppose to go full production this year but covid happened, otherwise this would be my new go-to recommendation.

X2HR just about cuts it for dualsense. Not amazing but good enough yes.

External DAC+amp is mostly out of equation because PS5 doesn't have an optical out port. Sure you could use a HDMI splitter to split audio and video, but that means adding another device into the chain and that can cause increase in latency, of which the PS5 cannot make adjustments for either. Then of course the splitter will also need to be 2.1 capable or otherwise you're then cock blocking the console.

Buy from Amazon lol... you all please don't forget +6% SST after import tax, which is added on top of your shipping and insurance charge. Also if ketam officer bad mood, they can also slap you with SIRIM sticker charge.

There will be PS5 revision later this year (no, it's not PS5 slim), that will have a slightly different heatsink design especially for the VRAM. You all pandai pandai la PO launch unit.

VRAM on top side of the mobo makes next to no contact with the heatsink, which is a shitty heatsink to begin with since it's just a 2mm aluminium plate (but you know better than nothing).
