Decided to take-off the matte hoda glass and replace with the privacy sapphire.
Although it came without helper, but the installation is easy. I just make use the mous case as a guide.

The oleophobic coating; kinda letdown. Maybe i had too much high expectations. Not that great for me. Just comparable with normal hoda privacy glass on ip11pro.
Anyway as long it does not scratch and last for a year, thats a plus point edy.

Strange it didn't come with helper. oleophobic coating is similar with others. I doubt it's "better".

The other difference is it last longer for Sapphire and more resistant to scratches.

If impact proof, Sapphire loses out to hybrid glass like rhinoshield.

IMOS Sapphire, it lasts after 1 year if you compare with PET screen protectors. Hoda Sapphire i have, not sure, will see.

Apple is making a killing..... first iPhone 12. A lot here buying Apple leather case, some into Apple wallet and now slow poison for AirPods pro. sweat.gif

Got my uag civilian case today. Really slippery. Almost drop my phone few times d. My Baltic blue leather case also reached Shah Alam d. No sure will deliver today or not.

Used to have one for ip11p; agreed its pretty slippery and the back also easily get hairline scratches especially when putting on table.

Read from the Apple leather case patina thread in other forum. Some say that the material used in iPhone 12 leather case this year is somehow different from iPhone X/11 etc and doubt on whether the leather’s patina will happen. I guess we have to just wait and continue to use and observe it...

Just almost get used of uag case, suddenly Apple delivered leather case to me. Both order different day but get on the same day. Lol. Is a case day to me.
