I didn't get calls from them either .

Called them back justnow , apparently they do [and will] get a small amount of stocks from Sony on 11.12 but they refuse to disclose the numbers .

While they cannot make a solid promise on the exact delivery date , the current estimate delivery date for my order is still 11/12 which I assume is still within the first batch .

It is either that or they have yet to make me as one of the affected customers .

I see, good to know that they do/will receive it on 11/12 eventhough small amount. Good luck to us who pre ordered from there, we have another one month to go..the call can come in any day between this one month haha

GH didn't break the law or do anything illegal. Its fairplay , willing buyer willing seller.

But its unethical practice, and optics of their rep will continue to deteriorate. These days, online businesses if too reckless can cause enough boycott to affect their sales.

Not stating PWP stipulations prior to purchase IS breaking the law. Learn some consumer rights.

Only reason why they aren't in trouble is because everyone who bought from them doesn't know their rights nor do they know how consumer law works in malaysia.

I was already in the business of game sales during the time GH just started as a small fry in LYN in 2007. They have learned to twist the law because they know consumers don't know better.
