Want to get mbp M1, but 13" too small a screen size for me.

Hi guys, a very quick question, if i order a macbook pro from the apple website, when it arrives at my house, do i have to be there to receive it or can my family members take it for me?

Hi guys, I saw there are many complains about the m1 macbook pro having the bluetooth issue. May I know do u guys still facing this issue?

This is the reason why I am hesitated to buy it now.

Now I am in dilemma between a used 2019 macbook pro (512gb with 8gb) or the M1 macbook pro (512gb with 8gb). Dunno which one to choose from.

what bluetooth problem exactly?

EDIT: just did a google search and realised early users have been facing random bluetooth disconnections. this should be fixed after Big Sur 11.2 according to Link

I got my M1 MBP recently and updated to 11.3.1 straightaway, maybe thats why I didn't face any bluetooth issues. I am using Logitech K380 keyboard + MX Master3 mouse just for reference, I constantly switch between my windows laptop for both device and they have been flawless.

Yeah, rumours said it will 2nd quarter this year. It worth the wait if it is true.

100% there'll be a 15" or 16" this year.

At least you could bootcamp it nonetheless... If you don't play the mbp on your lap, it should be fine

My MacBook has battery swollen issue and they did not consider it as safety issue. To replace it, it costs me 34% of the new price/device.

Who is going to replace the battery which is not standalone but with top case keyboard.

If it's out of warranty, you can try other 3rd party repair shop though.

This implies excel can still run on m1 macbook, but some features are unavailable?
