Those who recently purchased MBA with AppleCare, Apple yesterday had decided to reduce price of AppleCare for M1-based MBA and MBP...

Price reduced from RM899 to RM799 (edu RM810 to RM719)... So do call Apple see if you can get a partial refund...

Hey I'm using this exact monitor right now, but the scaling seems off, I can't get it to 1440p, it's 2048x1152, pretty weird. Already press Option Key + Scaled

I'm connected with a USB-C Adapter (Dell DA200) + HDMI cable wonder what went wrong

Is it my HDMI cable not supporting, or the USB-C Adapter not working, or the monitor isn't compatible with MacBook Air M1?

Anyone using Apple Music recently had buzzing sounds when playing tracks? It happens when Apple launched LOSSLESS.

maybe your speaker broken? No issue here for me.

Just bought mine last month. and it happens when I use earphones too, so it's definitely a software problem.

I get my unit about the same time as you.
No buzzing sounds, only that I not so happy will be the AirPods Pro connections.
The switch between iPhone and M1MBA still not smooth.

Strangely it only happens in Apple Music apps, and only after 11.4 update and after they rolled out LOSSLESS.

I'm using M1MBA to play Apple Music, in LOSSLESS too. No buzzing sound for now. How's the buzzing sounds heard like?

Sometimes it's like a beeping sound. especially when the playlist has lossless & non-lossless tracks. the beeping sound will sometimes happens when switching between different types of tracks.

I didn't experience that noise this far

Any developer here that use docker and springboot and java 1.8? Or anyone can test to up project dockerize or kubernetes for me as currently I'm doing my work.. hm

Not sure if this has been discussed before but should we leave macbooks plugged in?

Have been using my MBA for a few months now, 96% battery health 88 cycles, always discharge and charge

Alot of people suggest that lithium-ion batteries are better plugged in as battery health worsen as cycles go up, should we keep macbook plugged in to reduce cycles? Would it really help preserve the battery?

Sharing my battery health condition after 6months usage.

The battery hardly go below 10% and normally i will disconnect the charging once it reached above 80%. Once in a while i left it charge overnight, forgot to turn disconnect it after left it for charging.

So far after 82 cycles still retain 100% Health. Usage wise is really still on par from day-1. Can tahan full day running on battery with plenty of juices left.
