Nice Mod's. Thanks for showing them to us. The black evo needs a few clear coats + polishing ya. Seems you're a hardcore RC engine modder. Do share some guides or pics on how to do those . Probably a few of us here would follow and do the same.

No prob Nlik, more than happy to share my passion here.... , as for the evo, purposely leave it in flat black to get the stealth black effect...hehehe.

Update on the RC engine mod, the transistor change was successful but then again the Tamiya motor now is lacking of torque. Tried to add a capacitor at the power point before the transistor but didnt help either...sigh.
So now need to give the car a nudge before it can run....hahaha. The problem lies with the amperage of the battery.

I connected the car to an external DC power supply and the engine responds nicely. Currently trying on those Ni Mh batterries with 2600mA to see whether it will work.

If its still doesn't work fine then guess I'll have to downgrade to a less powerful motor like the torque tuned one and save the plasma dash & sprint dash motors i have now for mods on the upcoming light drift package cars.... ;P

guys.. i just bought my 1st qsteer. i want to check with u all. isit the car will always tend to sway to left hand side even u are going straight?

u can adjust da aligment at da bottom lah dude~

i tried to play around with the alignment by setting the alignment button to middle or more to right.. but the car somehow still tend to sway to left. .. if i turtle the car and press the remote.. somehow pressing left on the control. the car doesn't seems to be very responsive to turning left but if i press right button the car doesn't have problem turning right.

Try to check the front wheels whether the tyres are mounted correctly and there is not too much gap or space between the wheels and the pin.

if really cannot adjust, mean u bought a defected item...
go change it lah~

Yesterday, I found a green choro Q jeep. Bought it cause i've never seen it anywhere yet. Bought a firetruck while I was at it.

Thankfully, the Choro Q's are staying at the rm12.90 price and not going up rm5 like the Tomica's. But it makes me wonder if Litt Tak already speculate the price increase long ago and immediately priced the Choro Q's at RM12.90 from the start. My guess is that the ChoroQ prices should have been RM8 or 9 when they were introduced.

For those who want the Qsteer Buggy, do visit Toycity branches as they are offering discounts on the retail price. Damn Jusco doesn't give the 20% off for the buggy like other tomy products.

yeah i also got the jeep very cute....hopefully got white or yellow version......hmmm since 2005 toycity was selling choroQ for RM12.90 and RM19.90....darn i bought my AE86 RM19.90 !!!!!!
