QUOTE(moiskyrie @ Oct 16 2020, 06:50 PM) apple is too sneaky this year...the 64GB base storage for 12 series, I also not sure if 12 mini will be enough size for me. If 6.1" pula too close to the 12 pro in price, then again 12 pro 6.1" loses out on sensor stabilization and the 2.5x telephoto zoom... |

Apple themselves that said should get charger from third party like anker and etc in the name of environment friendly. Just like power bank and type C cables, best get the one certified and not the cheapo ones you find in shopee or Mr.DIYI've heard from someone before that we should only charge an apple phone with an apple charger. How true is that? Or like you said, paid extra to Apple for the charger for peace of mind |

No, just make sure you get from reputable manufacturers for peace of mind. Quite a number of third party manufacturers costing anywhere from RM20 - RM150. The Apple 20W one at RM99 isn't a bad choice either if you really need one.I've heard from someone before that we should only charge an apple phone with an apple charger. How true is that? USB-C plug is standard spec so don't really need MFI ever, just as long as manufacturer is reputable. |

Ya, I've got an Aukey one which I bought at half price during a flash sale but I've also got a cheapo Ugreen one that's about RM30 and both working well so far. No issues I also have an older iPad 12W adapter so I for one am not triggered about the lack of charging brick from the packaging this round, especially since Apple offset the removal of those without substantially increasing the prices of the phones even with 5G. |

Searched few clips on the net, this will be good if capturing videos, during live event, (Disneyland)parade, rides etc. This will add more fun and spark during video editing. So, compare to IP11 stereo sound recording, 12Prod should be a GO for me |

So, compare to IP11 stereo sound recording, 12Prod should be a GO for me iPhone XS/XR/11/12 Series is able to take in Dolby Atmos audio format and playback using Dolby Digital Plus format, sos: Link New thing to iPhone 12 Series is being able to record HDR videos in Dolby Vision (aka proprietary HDR format by Dolby), up to 4K 30fps for 12 and Mini, 4K 60fps for 12 Pro and Pro Max. Just hope the correct information is out there. EDIT: the link I posted above is for playback, not recording(eg. all iPhone model since iPhone X is able to playback Dolby Vision HDR format). Dolby Atmos on a phone is a joke and a stupid marketing gimmick. There is no way in hell you can get Atmos effect from a bloody phone speaker. Dolby Vision is more plausible, though I'd be hard press to find anyone noticing the difference on a small screen. Video recording DV however is anther story. Might make a bit of difference during playback on a DV enabled TV, but again recording done on a small sensor camera phone, don't expect a big difference either... AhJian liked this post

My 7 plus with 3gb ram can feel the lagness when too much of background task running, 6gb ram i think can last u easily 3-4 years down the road. |
