hahaha, no artist impression also 75% booked loh. The power of Freehold and location nearer to LDP loh.

Can roughly imagine when view the site and 3D model, since they got put the miniature furniture inside.

yesterday checked, just realized it's fully booked for the phase 1 releases of terrace and cluster, wow~

now waiting phase 2 releases or see got any potential loan reject after starting loan processes later.

in your opinion, does the units near the parks has more apprication from buyer? as they blacked out thoes currently.

But they said those blackout units already booked by developer business associates and friends not for sale? Typically nearby park can command higher price in landed development

Topaz are all taken up for size 22 x 70, only 1 unit left which is the end lot and facing junction, no 31. For size 22 x 75, there is 1 unit left too.

I am comparing these two project too. I think Bromelia is more towards Housing area.

When I make up my mind for topaz, there are no unit available as of yesterday for size 22 X 70 (except unit no 31 end lot facing junction)

Ppl like Bromelia is because it's Freehold Status and it's location is considered much nearer to LDP and SJKC Sin Ming; the cons is strata and 3 years completion only can get house loh

For Topaz, nice is the package, size, Freehold and Individual Title, house ready to collect, just one cons, the location is inner, but it's still a very nice chinese neighbourhood area.

Both have pros and cons, see what you see more importance in your choice of selection only.

This project share same entrance as existing BP 11? Meaning share original guard house entrance.

Yea, Topaz's location is inner.. But i quite like the house after seeing the actual unit, and its ready do not have to wait, size is slightly bigger compared to Bromelia.

Any good deal/package for Bromelia? For terrace.
