As of yesterday, link house left around 21 units mostly facing south west. For south-east left only 2.

Bromelia is closer to MEX if you work in KL so that's an alternative.

Another thing is Bromelia is strata. While surrounding and security would likely be better, maintenance fees also higher.

Judging from reception of kota kemuning units and their pricing, if developer advertise and do first come first serve launch day, surely will have 2 or 3 day queue and hype. Too bad covid ruin the party.
