Anything your house roof leakage or cut the grass fee you gonna hire ppl and fix it and bear the cost on yourself. Good is you live in a community and all share the harmony, maintenance fee, quit rent. Your neighbour cannot simply tow your car as it is consider common area own by community members. Your security guard wont run away unless you all never pay maintenance which belongs to their salary.

hi, can you share your thoughts about bromelia mainteance cost? Is it on a top side? i think is RM0.25 per sq ft.
how does the rate compare to other strata development with similar layout / facilities?
