Good is you live in a community and all share the harmony, maintenance fee, quit rent. Your neighbour cannot simply tow your car as it is consider common area own by community members. Interest should range from 2.9 to 3.2 from what I read in the mortgage thread depending on loan amount and your risk factor.
I went with UOB 2.89% since they offer the best rate. I heard PBB rate is low but too bad they are not panel banker. SNP legal fee should be waived since under HOC. Only loan legal fee sendiri tanggung. |

2 days back phase 2 left 1 intermediate terrace and 1 cluster, and ya price is higher by 50-100k, but it is near to the garden or terrace area, still ok lah, if you ok with the price
