There's a new landed project in Bukit Puchong near Park Villa Townhouses. Details I know:

- Freehold
- Strata
- Total 130ish units comprising of terrace, cluster and semi d
- Starting around 870k, 1.1mil and 2 mil respectively
- Elevated plot of land
- APDL not yet issued
- Collecting cheque for 1k as booking now
- Developer is Ayer, same as Andira

Thoughts? Feel free to discuss.

nowadays quite many ppls ads on this, haha

as of last Sunday, I heard PIC said already collected 70 cheque waiting for actual day booking on 1st November later.

If i am not wrong, the plot of land they want to build the house is next to the Nilam Puri terrace house & apartments. The mosque is located behind this land and on top of the hill.

Many months ago, we saw they have cleared and cut down the trees. So possibility a new housing project.

I've attached the site. Quite far from any mosque. I'd say quite attractive as an alternative to kota kemuning projects. This is freehold strata wif relatively low density. I think the cluster semi d is exceptionally attractive for those looking to have good buildup size and some side land.

Only thing is access road won't be as cantik as the big planned townships.😅

ya, the actual site is opposite the Parkvilla Townhouse.

Although the entrance not as cantik as big township, but the distance from highway access (LDP) is way better than most township (eg. Rimbayu, EcoSanctuary i remember I drive quite some distance from ELITE or KESAS only reach the township)

If want big planned township, 16 Sierra is just next door, hahaha (if don't mind leasehold, but is well-planned lah)

I suspect the cluster all sold out and all the corner units for double storey kena sapu. But developer did blacked out 6 units of cluster, 8 units of semi d and 15 units double storey.

The remainder should be the semi ds and double storey intermediate plus the unreleased units. Best check with the sales over there.

The spa price was adjusted compare to earlier price when cheque collection time. When i booked my unit only handful of 5 or 6 units of link house booked. And many corner and endlot still available.
