yeah. the installer said after he submitted the form, the speed will be upgraded within 24 hours. and it should have SMS sent to me?

ic. then not too bad. not considered serious downtime.

one thing i like about unifi is i have not encountered downtime even for years. tongue.gif
previously when i am using streamyx, i still encounter downtime but tm is considering quite fast in fixing it.

unifi - so far i have not encounter any single downtime.

This is not the Digi model.

This is the TM model.

TM is EX3220-T0.

this is a mesh wifi 6 router.

do share your experience with speedtest (using fast.com).

built-in antenna i guess. but i think external antenna type will have better signal.

If still no internet on the TV, try to enable one of the guest SSID and connect your smart TV to it. This Zyxel router is customised with Digi firmware, so cannot get support elsewhere unlike those directly from TP-Link, D-Link, or Asus.
If you have spare router, can swap and keep this Zyxel as backup.

How long the process once you submit the interest?

Seems no CS called yet so far.... all busy due to merging with Celcom?

I submitted my registration 3 times through their webpage and all 3 times no record eventhough I gave them the WhatsApp conversation screenshot, they still say no record

Gave up after 3 times, now trying to register with other ISP

same. i submitted multiple times only one time they call, but they call to my another celcom line not used by me.
their follow-up is terrible...

There are many 3rd party agent thats helps to apply Fibre, also giving addtional discount.
A year ago I apply through such agent, everything fast and smooth, 1 week+ fibre done installed. Somemore got a 150% bill rebate.

That depends whether TM terminated your old unifi iptv account.
OR
are there any iptv traffic config and sent to in your modem.

i think fibre this business to them is not primary. ultimately, unifi is the major shareholder. maxis follows by it... digi and celcom fibre users are still very very minimum as of now.

From what I've been told, Allo just changed one of their system causing a lot of issues with their resellers (Digi,UMobile & etc)

In the end, I just went with Allo, much easier to deal with and much faster installation
Submit my registration on 27 July and already got an installation date of 1 August

oh my gosh, i thought i am the only one having issue with my smart tv. it is connected but no internet. Somemore my macbook pro also having issue with this router.

currently i am using a repeater to solve this issue, but it is stupid.
