dont really use upload that much, actually 30mbps download is fine for me might go for celcom since it is cheaper
I have no idea what's the benefit of public or private ip. did some google research but still dont have much idea of it
*
Then just go for the cheapest. I don't think you need public IP at this moment base on your description.

1, contact any maxis agent on fb, tell them your contract with unifi is finished and u want to transfer to maxis.
2, after the agent provided u with the transfer request, u then proceed to any tm point telling them you’re transferring to maxis. Later they will counter offer.

Check your email, use the broadband number to login Mydigi app. Verification TAC will be sent to your email for login.
With regards to speed, are you using Unifi infra? Pls call up Digi and get them to send technician to your place. When the TM technician come along, tell him to adjust the speed cap, for it is well known that TM usually capped the port slightly lower speed if you don't use their Unifi.

The Digi Fiber provided router - Zyxel EX3300-T0 this model is extremely limited.

If anyone knows the other account login for this router that can change more settings?

I want to check the DHCP Pool range and DNS IPs but I am not able to do so with the default login.

Regarding Digi Fiber's router - Zyxel EX3300-T0.

1. Can it be used as an access point extender or repeater?
2. I can log in to the router admin. However, I can't find the setting to change its mode to use as extender or repeater.

Would appreciate advice. TQ.

Hi, I need help. I'm on Digi fiber.
Router ZTE ZXHN H198A.

I just pushed the small reset button at the back due to I forgot the username & password (I changed previously) to access the website interface (192.168.1.1).

After the reset, I'm trying to setup again. I googled, to login should use "user/user" but no setting for the PPPoE username & password.

I think should login using admin account but I cannot use "admin/admin" as username & password.

Thanks in advance.

I'm using maxis fibre 30 mbps, and is experiencing frequent buffering problem streaming YouTube as well as movies. Even for 360p resolution.

My Digi phone line is much better.

I'm thinking of switching to Digi Fibre 50Mbps.

Does anyone have any experience with Digi? Are they better than maxis for streaming movies?

Does digi support torrents?

Thanks

Hi guys, I’m currently using Digi 300mbps plan for around 3-4 weeks now and ever since the first day, I experienced speed slowdown at usually at night to 200mbps(beside router) and 160mbps on my PC with wifi card(10 steps away from router) both on 5ghz wifi. The speed is good usually at day time and slow down at night. If I reboot the router, the speed will become fast again which my PC also get 300mbps full speed. But then if I don’t reboot the router, the slow speed continue to next day and following the day after. Also, sometimes this problem occur on afternoon as well and will slow down 1-2 hours after i reboot the router.

I’ve contacted Digi support and this is what they did.
1)Changed from WPA3 to WPA2.
2)Turn off IPV6 security.
3)Change a new router.
4)Switch from AX mode(wifi 6) to AC mode(wifi5).
4)Do setting this and that with the router.

And the problem still there. Despite all the slow speed im getting using WiFi, I got full speed even exceed (310mbps) using LAN cable on my PC even when the wifi speed is slow down.

I have no idea why and how… asked friend and people from facebook group, they say switching to a better router will fix the problem but I don’t want to spend another rm300-400 just to risk this.

Is anyone facing the same issue as mine? Or do anyone know how to fix this? Please help.

Router is ZYXEL EX3300-T0

Only best way to know is try to use a high end 3rd party buy your own(BYO) router such as TP-Link or Asus WiFi6 routers.
